Avoid Like the plauge - they work out your R&D claim they put it in for you its meant to be smooth - usual pay out 2-3 months . They are alawys ringing and emailing i had contact i can prove with at least 7 staff all pretending to helping you constantly requesting screen shots of your HMRC accountant - they dont trust you . Then after months and you compalin they abandon you . Emailed twice through the companies complaints system ignored nobody gets back to you full of broken promises - dont fall for there offer to fund your claim either from there partner company Glide Business solutions linked together - DANGER

My journey stated October 2023. They seemed to be very confident on the proceedings. All went very fast and I got founds in my company account on Jan 2024. The amount was not the agreed. There were missing about £1800 of the £6500 total. I claimed about that and never received an answer other than we are looking at that. Then many people changed hands of my matter. On July 2024 HMRC asked me to return about £2000 of the founds. I contacted Green Jelly fish and they "fix the problem" in a couple of weeks. Seems that they just applied again. On November 2024 HMRC contacted me again as they consider that my £2000 is a possible fraud. I tried to contact Green Jelly Fish to help on this mater but I get no answers to my emails and they are now gone. Phone goes dead and the website is down. Hope at least to clarify the mater with HRMC that my claim is legitimate and do not get no bad tax record. Good luck to every one else that dealt with the company

AVOID. We were conned by these people into believing we had a legitimate claim for research and development, some time after the claim was automatically approved, HMRC reached out to us asking for more information as this was in dispute. I must say HMRC were extremely helpful and I can see why after these recent arrests for fraud. They fob you off big time and bully you. With grit and determination we pursued our case against them threatening legal action, they continued to fob us off until such time as their time ran out before a court date. Suffice to say some 5 months of painful action on our part we received a full refund. I know most small businesses would not have the resources to fight them, but alas our director had studied law and was determined to get their extortionate fee back with interest. Be warned.

Scammed many business owners, including us, by making bogus tax claims which were later disallowed by HMRC. Of course they will not return their charges.
At least HMRC are now on their case and hopefully end up in court.

Reading that hmrc have raided them indicates that there are many companies affected by these fraudsters. People should file a class action lawsuit for intentional deception against this company.

The police raid today says it all. Wish had known they were a scam outfit before letting them do our R&D claim. HMRC must have realised something was amiss with the amount of rejected claims linked back to Green Jellyfish.

A quick glance at their most recent 5-star reviews you can see that each review has the same formatting where the first sentence is the mirror of the review title. I suspect these have been submitted by the same person, and the content suggests that each review was written using AI.

My advice is, if you’re contacted by Green Jellyfish or any of their associated brands, hang up the phone. If you believe you may be eligible for an R&D tax claim, I’d highly recommend seeking out a legitimate tax specialist who operates with transparency and integrity.

Unprofessional! Yesterday we have recieved a call from your operative asking to speak to exec team who are not available I have asked to send your details to a central inbox and if this is relevant someone will be in touch. Today the same person calls and without realising they spoke to me opens the call with “I called yesterday but was hung up on” she was not hung up on she was given clear instructions what to do.

I called your company back and have asked to raise a complaint about this person who is blatantly lying. I was promised a supervisor will review the recording and get back to me within 24-48 hours. I hope so but somehow doubt it.

In this day and age employing these tactics will not work. It will just ruin your company reputation which judging but the Trustpilot score is already shockingly bad

AVOID! Do not use this company it is all a scam. I have never known a company lead you up the garden path so to speak and when they want anything from you their communication is ok (at best) but when you want anything it is awful in fact it's worse than that! I really do not know how a company can operate like it!

AVOID! We were approached and told we are eligible along with many others. We had a successful outcome and then HMRC will investigate and claim it all back!
