Worst experience ever
Its the worst quote generator. They don’t even value the privacy of customers. They do whatever they can with cheaper marketing tricks. When I googled to understand the difference between combi and system boiler, I found this as first result(best seo they got/wrong or misleading meta information they added in their own website). They asked me for my personal information and shared them with some of the service providers they have partnered with. Without even getting the proper consent from the customer. Please be transparent when you are serving the people. I don’t understand why did they shared my information when i am trying to find out difference between boilers. And they are coming with an explanation that they have a nicely and wisely hidden sentence in the privacy policy stating that they are authorised to share our information to 3 companies. Don’t trust these scammers

There is also the option to opt in or out of offers, marketing and promotions on this page too.
The reason we pass on your details to trusted installers in our network is because this is exactly how we get you very best quotes by putting them in touch with you directly.

Two good, one bad.
Three companies on Green Match responded quickly. Two were very professional and sent quotes by email. The other however was terrible. They did a house call that lasted two hours and twenty minutes. When we finally got to the quote it was there thousand pounds dearer than any other quote! I decline this and the company rep left only to return ten minutes later with another offer that was now three thousand pounds cheaper! Oh, and that deal was only on the table if I signed up immediately! Obviously I declined. These tactics are disgraceful and spoil people's confidence in the solar industry.

Dissapointing
After a promising start with phone calls etc, someone was supposed to come out to my mum today at 1pm waited for them and no show very disappointing as my mum is 82 years of age and no phone call to say can’t make it, very disappointing service

We were put in touch with suppliers who were highly rated on TrustPilot and got a range of quotes which were all better than the one we had before using GreenMatch. Learnt a lot talking to the suppliers and accepted one of the quotes. Well worth using.

Poor approach to consent and purely a broker
Made general enquiry about heat pumps, carefully did NOT tick box to give permission for SMS/phone calls, but received automated call within 10seconds of submission. Refused call, blocked number as spam, received a different call two days later. I said I hadn't given consent to receive calls, he hung up and I then received an email to close their automated process.
Basically, this website is pure data farming to sell on your data to third party installers. I greatly regret giving them any details, not least because based on experience so far I have no expectation that they will hold it properly.

This is to opt out of our marketing and promotional offers, which you did.
Just under the final “Get Quote Now” button, it reads;
“Your privacy is important to us. By pressing “Get Quotes Now”, you agree that GreenMatch and up to 4 installers may contact you via email, telephone and/or SMS with details regarding your request and to confirm your information. The following Privacy Terms and User Terms apply.”
Our customer service agents will always try to contact our customers via phone to ensure that we have all the information we need to be able to pass your request over to the most suitable installer for your specific requirements.
This is how we find the very best engineers for your job and what our customers love about our service.
2- I can assure you that your details have not and will not be ‘sold’ to any third parties. The only others that we ever give your details to are our installers, if you decide to proceed to get quotes.
In your case, you did not, so your data is held only with us under strict data protection and GDPR laws (links and terms can be found on our website).

Very fast response on competing form for solar installation and the agent was very friendly
I Was told I would hear from 3-4 companies quickly but have only heard from 2 a week later and ruled one out straight away
Luckily the other company was excellent and just who we want.

The best service you can get!
All staffing what I speak today was friendly, professional and really helpful. In the 15- 20 min I'll arrange with them new boiler and installation what will be in 2 days. As we'll confirmation of credit for boiler and installation. Absolutely amazing professional service. Thank you very much, I will be recommend the GreenMatch to everyone.

Middle men
I thought this was a professional company that installed windows and doors. They are middle men that link you up with expensive brands that your are probably aware of. I told them not to give my details to the two companies mentioned but they still did. The company is harassing me with regular calls. Not impressed would not recommend
