Vorsicht ..habe auto gemietet bezahlt mit Kreditkarte, aber kein auto bekommen..Begründung..Ehemann hat es gemietet aber bezahlt von ehefraus Kreditkarte.. obwohl wir beide anwesend waren ,mit allenpapieren..auchh kein geld zurückgegeben..auch keine Bestätigung das ich kein auto bekommen habe..einfach Betrüger......schrott firma...

I am completely dissatisfied with your…

I am completely dissatisfied with your service and the company you recommended, Usave (Green Motion Montenegro). The staff were pathetic, racist, homophobic, and impolite. You both ruined our family getaway. The staff was shouting and screaming information about the other tourist while I was discussing my insurance, which I had already paid via VIP cars. But they were not helpful—and certainly not tourist friendly. I will not recommend to your service either anyone you recommended. They completely ruined our family holiday.

Rent a wreck!


The Skoda Fabia provided to me in August was not fit to be rented. Every body panel was damaged, car had over 120,000km on the clock, random warning lights came on, including that the service was overdue. Interior was very tired.
Attitude of the staff on pick up was take it or leave it, they had the money from Holiday Auto so really didn't care.
There are plenty of options at Tivat airport for car rental, choose wisely and steer clear of Green Motion.

Terrible customer service and sneaky company

Avoid at all costs!!! Save yourself the hassle and head over to Montenegro Cars instead. They are right next door and George was a lifesaver when this happened!

This company does not take Amex credit cards and didn't specify anywhere in the numerous booking confirmations or the pre-arrival check-in form. We arrived to pick up our car and were then told they don't accept Amex and we would have to pay a deposit and insurance (again!) or request a refund from Expedia. When we returned to their office to follow up on the status of our refund, they intentionally ignored all communication from Expedia and lied that they hadn't been reached out to. The attendant agreed to send an email to Expedia approving the refund but after making a call to their customer service team, he became extremely rude saying they won't issue a refund and said to me "I don't have time to speak to you anymore, I have other customers to attend to".

0/10 - We paid for the 3 days for the rental thru booking.com. Greenmotion Cars is the worst Car rental in Montenegro, the staff was very rude, we already came late because the train was delayed and even the bus has been a struggle. We don’t have time to read the cancellation policy and inform them also due to circumstances.This guy from green-motion was so disrespectful, and talking to us rudely. And we paid already and thats already confirm but they cancelled it without informing. WE BOOKED AND PAID RENTAL CAR FOR NOTHING.

Really bad customer service!!!!!

Really bad customer service!!!!!

We rented a car in Podgorica. Unfortunately, after one week, we had a flat tyre. We tried to contact GreenMotion via mail, calls and WhatsApp messages because the mechanic needed to know whether he should buy used or new tires. For 24h (!!!!!!!) we didn't get any answer to that one simple questions. Our calls were ignored, and after some hours we got the only answer that they have to ask someone else. In the end, we had to contact 3 different numbers, 2 different mail addresses and when we asked if we could get a refund for the 24h that we hadn't heard anything, we never got a response. When we gave the car back at the airport, no-one felt responsible for our concern. They only gave us again the number of the customer service and they said they would get back to us. One week later, still no response, no message, NOTHING!
So if you want to rent a car with a reliable customer service in any case of an emergency, do NOT choose GreenMotion!

The worst car rental company you have

The worst car rental company you have. for security deposit you cannot accept Amex, or Visa debit. I had to pay €170.00 for additional insurance for what i don't know. The car was crap 111,115km already run. There was no fuel in the car (20km left to go to petrol station). I returned the car with half tank full. Brake discs completely out of plane. whole car shakes while applying brakes. There was no water for windscreen wash water tank.
the tire pressure monitoring was not working. No pressure in the tires.
Car was not cleaned, scratches all over the car.
Never ever again.
There was no one at the counter while returning, have to wait for one hour for someone to appear, neighboring car counters don't know about them.

Sicherheitsrelevante Mängel an Mietautos und überteuerte Versicherung


Als wir das Auto bei Green Motion abholen wollten , wurde unsere Visa Karte nicht akzeptiert. Wir müssten eine Sondergebühr von 150€ für eine Versicherung bezahlen. Das Personal von Green Motion war sehr unfreundlich. Nachdem wir diese Gebühr bezahlt hatten erhielten wir ein Auto, welches in einem sehr schlechten Zustand war. Das Auto hatte sicherheitsrelevante Mängel. Laut Anzeige (rote Kontrollleuchte) sollte sofort eine Werkstatt aufgesucht werden. Die Mitarbeiter weigerten sich uns ein anderes Auto zu geben und wollten uns dazu bringen mit diesem Auto los zu fahren. Nach langer Diskussion erhielten wir ein neues Auto. Wir fuhren los und auch bei diesem Auto sind nach kurzer Zeit sonderbare Geräusche sowie die Kontrollleuchte für den Reifendruck aufgetreten, da der Reifen hinten links stark beschädigt war.

Dies war die schlechteste Erfahrung eines Mietwagen Anbieters die ich je gemacht habe.

Car was as promised - Top Quality

Car was as promised. Clean inside and outside and fuel tank was full. Green Motion and I go trough together the vehicle outside. Both of us approve that is OK. After two days I did return car back. It went smoothly. Deposit was returned quickly. I recommmed Green Motion for all of you.

Be careful!!, you can be scammed.
Green Motion in Podgorica city has charged my account 1,800 euros (two charges of 900 euros) instead of releasing the 900 euros deposit. They don't respond to my emails.

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs

My recent experience with Green Motion at Tivat Airport, Montenegro, was nothing short of a nightmare. This company is a complete scam. Here’s a detailed account of my ordeal:

The Scam:
I initially booked an Audi A3 Cabrio, expecting a premium convertible vehicle. However, upon pickup, I was presented with an almost two-decade-old car in horrendous condition. The A3 Cabrio was covered in scratches and dents, and the AC was partially-functional – an absolute joke for a "premium" rental. I have videos proving the poor condition and malfunctioning AC.

Bait and Switch:
Due to the unacceptable state of the A3, I had to exchange it for a lower class Peugeot. Despite the obvious downgrade, Green Motion refused to adjust the price accordingly. Their response? A dismissive claim that I "chose" the Peugeot, ignoring the fact that the A3 was unfit for rental.

Pathetic Customer Service:
Weeks of back-and-forth emails yielded no resolution. Their response times were abysmal, and their customer service representatives offered nothing but empty platitudes.

Better Alternatives:
During this fiasco, I noticed several local, smaller, and well-reviewed companies offering brand new Volkswagen convertibles for just $100 a day. It’s clear I would have been much better off going with one of them instead of dealing with Green Motion's incompetence and deceit.

Airport Chaos:
Upon arrival, I was met with long lines at Green Motion, Avis, and similar companies. The wait times were unbearable, adding to the overall stress and frustration of the experience. If I ever return, I’ll definitely choose a smaller, locally-owned operator, even if it costs an extra $100-200. It’s worth it to avoid the nightmare that is Green Motion. Futhermore, from the time I landed, I finally drove off for 2.5 hours later due to staffing shortage.

Conclusion:
Avoid Green Motion like the plague. They don’t abide by their rental agreements, their cars are in deplorable condition, and their customer service is a joke. Spend your money elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Scamming tourists

This company is entirely making money by scamming tourists.

We rented a car from Green Motion on June 30th at 16:30 and returned it on July 5th at 13:05. Despite my credit card having my name on it, they refused to accept it because it was no number on it. I showed them my card statement on my phone to verify, but they still did not accept it. I offered to pay via qr code and still didn’t accept it. I offered another credit card, but they refused that as well, forcing us to take out an additional insurance policy for 150 Euros.

After informing them that I would return the car around 12:00, I ended up being a bit late due to heavy traffic and because I wanted to carefully inspect and photograph the car, given the poor reviews I had read. I also wanted to ensure the fuel level was checked again. As a result, they charged me for an extra day. For a rental period that didn't even cover five full days (just over four days), I ended up paying for six days.

In short, for a rental that was supposed to cost 135 Euros, they demanded an additional 190 Euros, knowing there were no other cars available at the airport at that time. They essentially told me to either pay the extra fees or cancel my reservation and not rent the car.
