Amazing overall experience.
I booked the best price among competiotion in economy category. On my arrival agent offered me free of charge upgrade!

First car offered had completely bald tyre. Second car reluctantly taken and had lots of problems and not to standard. Charged a rate for a new car.

Awful company . First we had to wait for the clerk at pick-up than he convinced us to make full insurance, which we did,but in the end we were still charged for scratches. Thieves ..! Stay away

Cette agence nous a facturer 250 euros pour l’assurance parce que nous avions une carte de débit et non de crédit alors que d’autre français ont été facturé 175 euros !!!nous avons eu le choix entre 3 sièges bebe pourris et abimés. Nous avons choisit le moins pourri et nous n’avions pas le choix parce que nous ne voulions pas circuler sans pour la sécurité peu de notre bébé !!! Nous avons fait une réclamation et on nous a répondu que c’est normal en gros que le siège soit dans un état pitoyable et que comme on avait circuler avec aucun remboursement n’était possible !! Hum comment faire autrement vu que les autres sièges étaient en pire état !!!!! Des voleurs et de mauvaise fois. Nous ne demandions pas un siège royale mais juste un siège correct loin d’être le cas !! Fuyez cette agence de location !!!!!

Bad service, they wil block 1200 eur on your account in case you do not buy full insurance which is same amount as the price of the rental fee. car was dirty, not in line with what was ordered. Please take pictures of all deffects before pick up, because they do not take proper pictures and you might have problems later on. I actually did not yet received my mone back after 1.5 weeks after rental.

Whole renting process was very fast at the Tivat airport terminal. Definitely reccommend renting a car from them!

Usual good service although car had not been cleaned. We were given the option of wait while it was done.

I reserved a car at Greenmotion in Tivat, Montenegro through Economy car rentals which I found in a search on Skyscanner. They offered a very good car for a good price. My flight was reschedules to be 4 hours later than originally scheduled. I notified Economy car rentals via email of the delay a few days in advance. Nonetheless, Greenmotion cancelled my car. The agent on the Tivat airport on 12/5/2024 was extremely rude and inflexible. We had to beg him for a car and he offered a car for 3 times the price. Everyone in line with us had problems with this agent. I will NEVER ever use Greenmotion or EconomyCarRentals again!!! Horrible experience.

Waited for 1.5 hours with a small baby to pickup a car at the airport despite arriving on time of the reservation and then instead of an apology I got treated with 50 EUR out of office hours fee because apparently they work until 8PM. Also the car was not the one I’ve ordered but some 10 year old, dirty, squeaky crap instead. Worst car rental experience ever.

Long wait at desk to complete paperwork at Tivat airport with only one member of staff. In a very crowded area of the airport.
After walking to the pick up area was shown a car in extremely poor condition. Every part of the car had damage. Not minor damage. Internally the seats were dirty and stained. It had done 135000 km but did perform mechanically. I have many cars around the world but this was the worst condition car I have ever been given. The staff were rude and unhelpful and would not replace it without charging an increase and said the condition was fine and all cars are like that in Montenegro. Clearly they aren't. I will not use GreenMotion again. Awful service.

With very mixed reviews for all car hire in Montenegro we opted for the full service/no excess package from Green Motion at Podjorica airport. Email confirmations of the booking didn't arrive but query emails were answered promptly and the confirmations provided.
Jumping ahead to the car; absolutely fine. A Polish lady returning hers while we were there was far less happy however. My advice would be to not book the cheapest, its only a few Euros more to get to mid range and ours was fine. Where they let themselves down massively was timekeeping, if you book a car for 10.00 you don't expect to have to wait until 10.45 for them to open their counter! Fortunately we arrived back at the airport in very good time as the return had exactly the same problem, there was no-one there to book the car back in and we again had a long wait until they could be bothered to turn up. Why ruin a perfectly good service by manning your counter in such a half soaked fashion?!

Rude man at Tivat airport reception...maybe just the way the locals speak but he wasn't very pleasant.He was not helpful at all... Then we were given an oldish car with plenty of scratches ( not really a problem to us) but it also had very noisy brakes which was a problem....very disconcerting to say the least. I rent cars all over the world and this was my worst experience to date

We took a car in Podgorica office to travel to Belgrade. Very pleasant and nice personel. Car was new (1300 km on board). All paper works was done very fast and professional. They were very flexible during our drop off. Deffinitely we will hire them again soon, for travel in Bosnia

Extremely satisfied! We rented a van, the process was smooth, van was in excellent condition and staff was very friendly. Will definitely choose them again for future rentals!

I booked through booking.com for car rental in Podgorica and normally I use visa for 1000€ security. But they denied by saying it’s debit card. It was credit card and they just want to sell insurance and make money. 40€ rental, 120€ insurance. Terrible experience, never again greenmotion. Avoid at any cost.

Agence à éviterCe sont des voleurs Première location Je reserve une voiture à prendre à Tivat ville Ils me donnent une adresse pour recuperer la voiture dan une ville à coté Bien sur j'arrive avec du retard mais impossible de trouver cette agence Je reloue de nouveau pour le lendemain et cette fois je vais au bureau de location à l'aéroport Encore des problèmes Arnaque carte de débit carte de crédit et bien sur pas de voiture je finis par m'adresser à une autre agence locale de l'eroport Budget avec qui tout se passe très bien Ils me confirment le non professionalisme de Green Motion rent avec qui les gens ont des problèmes récurrents je tiens à préciser que je vais aujurd'hui déposer une plainte pour vol et arnaque auprès des services de police à Tivat

Seemed good at the first couple of times I used them.
That was until the car broke down with gear box trouble then they were completely unhelpful. They left us stranded by the roadside for hours because they didn't want to send a tow truck. Then took our €1200 deposit to fix thier faulty car.
TERRIBLE DO NOT USE!!!
