Would use again
Picked up the car quickly, the staff were very professional, I have a yearly insurance to cover the excess, so didn't take their extra insurance, but had no problems. Will use again.

Newish clean cars
Newish clean cars, oil light came on, I ended up topping up the fluids in the engine, friendly staff, clear instructions on returning the car, no one at the desk when I returned but 10 mins later someone turned up to give me my 50 euro deposit back all in all a good hiring experience I would recommend Green Motion at Podgorica airport

It was a lovely and smooth transition. Picked up 3 cars from the airport. No issues with the cars, I paid for mobile internet too which was very useful for my trip. Definitely would patronize them again. Great work guys 👏

Awful rental company
I went to get a rental car that I booked online. First I didnt find anyone at the counter, and had to wait for half hour for someone to come. Then they tell me that they dont accept the very same card that I made a booking with! I even offered my AMEX, but they dont accept that either. So, they inconvenienced me, wasted my time and money getting there and back, took the deposit, AND DIDNT GIVE ME A CAR. On top of that rude! Disgusting and unprofessional!

Versteckte kosten und unflexible Zahlungsmodalitäten
Die Zahlungsmodalitäten sind unflexibel und nicht zeitgemäß. Zudem haben sich versteckt Kosten in Höhe von 180 EUR ergeben!
Per Vorabbuchung wurde die Zahlung noch über meine ING Visa (Debit) angenommen. Bei Abholung musste ich als Hauptvertragsinhaberin eine Kaution von 700 EUR hinterlassen, was aber nur - und über keine einzige andere Zahlungsmethode - über eine Kreditkarte gehen sollte! Da ich keine Visa (Credit) hatte, musste ich eine zusätzl. Versicherung in Höhe von 180 EUR abschließen, um das Fahrzeug zu bekommen. Die Visa (Credit) meiner Beifahrerin wurde hierfür nicht angenommen, auch habe ich den Vertrag nicht auf sie überschreiben dürfen. Bei Kündigung des Vertrags hätte ich den Kaufvertrag nicht rückgängig machen können und wäre somit auf meinen bisherigen Kosten sitzen geblieben. Eine nachträgliche Beschwerde wurde zurückgewiesen.

Very helpful and Trustworthy compay
Very helpful and Trustworthy company not like some in the past we have used who find imaginary 'scratches' damage that was already there & charge you €100's (one being unbelievably Avis'). Nice & fast service for pick up & drop off. Again honest company which will use again as we have in the past :)

The rental car went very well BUT...
The rental car went very well, it was clean and without technical problems.
However, we had a big surprise when we arrived at the airport. We had to pay 300€ extra insurance because we did not have a debit card (like everyone else in France). Of course this information was not indicated at the time of booking...

Awful experience
The experience was bad. The car was plenty of scratches and bumps and it lacked of any modern technology. The brakes sounded like they were about to fall to the ground and the radio was unable to find any station. We were charged with 25 extra euros for being 1 hour late because our plane arrived late. It is intolerable as the delays at the airport do not depend on the customer, but on the air companies. I bet that most of the Green Motion income rely on the incompetence of Air Serbia. We were also charged extra 25 euros for administrative management of a 10 euro parking fine. 25 seems the standard additional charging for no reason. We will never be customers again of Green motion. I'm writing this review in hope that nobody does it in the future.

No car at Tivat - forced to travel to Podgorica
On arrival at Tivat (24/07/22), the car we had booked wasn't there and we were forced to have to travel all the way to Podgorica (over 2 hours away) to collect the car, a massive detour in the opposite direction to where we were meant to be travelling, resulting in us having to pay for additional fuel and arriving at our destination 5 hours late, effectively losing the first day of our holiday. Since this happened, Customer Service was non-existent and the company has repeatedly failed to respond to e-mails regarding my complaint.

Easy Experience for Car Hire
Hired a car for 10 days and Green Motion had the best costs and good reviews so decided to go with them,
Got to Podgorica airport and served fairly quickly, the staff were helpful and friendly.
When we got to the car I took pictures of all the dinks and marks and the Attendant pointed out any also and marked them on the booking sheet.
Car was good, bigger than I had booked which was nice, clean and run without problems for the time there.
On return, a different attendant was waiting in the car park and we checked through the car, he asked about one mark and I showed him the photo proving it was already there which he accepted. Again very polite and friendly. He then proceeded to return my deposit without issue.
Overall very happy with the service, the car and the price.
