Hired a car via eDreams at Podgorica Airport and returned them at the same place after four days. Everything went smoothly. The hire was lot cheaper than what other companies offered.
I made the booking through rentalcars.com website and used Green Motion for the first time. We rented the car for a week with pick-up at Podgorica airport and return at Tivat airport. Car provided was as per booking. Pick-up and return was smooth and we didn't have any problems with it.

Even though it was my first car rental abroad and I read bad reviews, I had no problems because I used their car as if it was my own.
Maybe it would have been great if the pickup and delivery times were faster, but despite these, the result was problem-free.
I rented from their website by paying the fee in advance and got premium+ insurance. (Due to the premium+ option, I paid a 50€ deposit at their office with my credit card and received the refund upon delivery of the vehicle.) I also sent all my official documents in advance via the e-mail they sent.
Since I was going out of the country (Bosnia and Herzegovina), I paid the border crossing fee (69€) at the office and had no problems at the border gates.
The employees were caring and helpful, I thank them all.
Yurtdışında ilk araba kiralamam olmasına ve okuduğum kötü yorumlara rağmen arabalarını kendi arabam gibi kullandığım için hiç bir sorun yaşamadım.
Belki teslim alma ve teslim etme süresi daha hızlı olsa harika olurdu ama bunlara rağmen sonuç sorunsuzdu.
Ben kendi web sitelerinden ücretini önceden ödeyerek kiralama yaptım ve premium+ sigortasını aldım. (premium+ seçeneğinden dolayı ofislerinde kredi kartımla 50€ depozito ödedim ve araç tesliminde geri iadesini aldım.) Do not use this service!!!!!! or if you already are, make sure everything is recorded and written via email with the team, not the provided WhatsApp which is barely monitored. I lost over £500 due to miscommunication issues, having been told it would be £99 to cover a tiny scratch and that my deposit would be returned, they then kept this money and didn't respond to any of my emails or calls until my bank got involved, to which they then forged contractual information (that wasn't signed) with a miscalculation on the cost to cover themselves. Nothing made sense as they charged the 99 (which was the promised amount) on top of the deposit? It has been extremely distressing as I would never have left for my flight if this was written or communicated with me. We'd even spoken about how the £99 scratch cost worked out cheaper than insuring with them at the time before I left.
I had remained polite and sent over all necessary evidence throughout but I believe a combination of a language barrier, faking documentation to protect this issue has led to such an escalation with such a huge hole in my pocket over the tiniest scratch.
Stay safe and use a well-known rental car agency.
Everything as expected (exact delivery time, courtesy of the appointed person, vehicle in the range they referred to). They didn't accept neither my debit card or my American express to pay the 1.000,00 € deposit, but it was a fault of mine, as they made it clear in the renting conditions I read online.
The guy who managed the renting was nice and supportive, and told me that if I wanted to use my debt card I could have made the whole insurance packaging and paid it with the debt card (and I did so), as the credit card was only for the deposit payment.
Overall a nice experience.

Horrendous experience with this company. DO NOT USE THEM. Didn't check oil or coolant before they handed over car. Key battery also ran out. Didn't want to help us and were extremely rude.

Achtung Finger weg!!!
Will bei Nutzung einer Debitkreditkarte oder AMEX 2.200€ plus die 900€ Kaution. Die 2.200€ bekommt man nicht mehr zurück, so der „geschäftstüchtige“ arrogante junge Mann am Schalter!
Das ist Abzocke pur! Behält er die selber?
Sollte ich auf den Gebühren und Mietkosten des nicht erhaltenen Fahrzeugs sitzen bleiben, schalte ich einen Anwalt ein.
Nachdem wir im Anschluss bei Sixt einen Wagen erhalten haben, meine Tochter und ich an Flughafen auf die Verfügbarkeit warteten, kam besagter Herr, es ginge wohl nun doch! Es sei gesagt, ich habe zuvor noch mit der Geschäftsstelle telefoniert und rabatz gemacht!
Ergo, Finger weg von solchen Pseudo-Firmen und lieber gleich zu seriösen Mietwagen Anbietern gehen. Selbst wenn die etwas teurer sind. Hier spart man an der falschen Stelle!

Also ich bin unzufrieden mit dem Schuppen wir haben 480€ für 7 Tage gezahlt erstmal über Booking.com gebucht da habe ich inkl Vollkasko und Zusatzversicherung 360€ bezahlt dann haben die in Flugzeug unseren maxicosi verloren dafür haben die dann 10€ pro Tag verlangt. In diesem Sperrmüll habe ich mein Sohn nichtmal getraut reinzulegen ich habe den erstmal bedeckt so Ekelhaft war der. Dann wollte meine Frau dort nicht fahren wegen den verkehr dann habe ich mich als Fahrer eintragen wollen das ging dann auch nicht. Da musste ich wider 10€ pro Tag dazu zahlen weil nur meine Frau ein Credit Karte hatte. Das beste war ich habe den für 10 Uhr reserviert um 9 sind wir gelandet, da wusste dann aufeinander niemand von unserer reserviung und wir musste bis um 12 Uhr auf unser Wagen warten. Also 0 Organisationen. Und preisverhältniss vergleichsweise zu Europacar im Endeffekt teurer. Das war das 1 und letzte mal.

Gespräch alles stornieren da wurde mir gesagt das sie dann 270€ einbehalten würden weil sie extra für mich reserviert hätten 5 min vorher wusste keiner was von mir. 0 Empfehlungwert
Am letzten Tag vor der Abgabe sah ich aufeinmal beim aussteigen und eingeschlagenem Lenker das die Reifen komplett kaputt waren das Profil blätterte rundrum ab. Ich hätte den Wagen niemals genommen wenn ich das gesehen hätte.
Als ich das an dem Morgen hinkam um den Wagen abzugeben da mein Flug um 9:05 ging und die um 8 eigentlich öffnen stand ich da vor verschlossenen Türen und keiner war da, ich fuhr auf dem Parkplatz vom Verleih, nebenan war dann ein Mann von einer anderen Vermietung der einen telefonisch erreichen konnte, der kam dann angetrottet ich war schon am kochen gewesen, da sagt der mir sie müssen ihren Vertrag haben! Ich muss ja sehen bis wann sie den gemietet haben. Ich fragte ihn ob der mich gerade verarschen will der müsste es doch besser wissen, da sagt der ja ich muss auch noch gucken mit welchen Schäden sie den übernommen haben. Und da sagte ich wider ja das müssen sie doch irgendwo hinterlegt haben, ich müsste jetzt zum Flug machen sie jetzt endlich hinne.
Naja in ruhensehle trottelt der rein und holt den Vertrag und findet das die Schäden die am Wagen sind auch schon vorher da waren.
Dann sagte ich hör mal meint ihr das mit den Reifen ernst, ich fuhr mit einer Frau und einem 8 Monate alten Baby hätte ich das gesehen würde ich mich in dieser Karte nicht reinsetzen, da kommt der mir und sagt waren sie mal in tivat? Hier läuft alles anders. Ich bin explodiert und habe mich zum Flug beeilt.
Also der Ärger aus dem weg und sein Leben was wert ist macht einen Riesen Bogen um diese Firma. Die 800€ Kaution ist auch noch nicht auf der Creditkarte freigegeben wurden

Finger weg von dieser Autovermietung. Allein schon die Abwicklung am Flughafen war eine Katastrophe. Wir hatten dann einen leichten Auffahrunfall wo man einen minimalen Kratzer gesehen hat. Wir hatten mit den Unfallverursacher einen Europäischen Unfallbericht ausgefüllt, da hierbei keine Polizei kommt. Die Kaution von 180 € wurde nach der Schadensmeldung in D nicht mehr zurückerstattet obwohl eine Vollkaskoversicherung bestand. Nie mehr so Billiganbieter und GreenMotion.

Nous avons eu une très mauvaise expérience en arrivant à l'aéroport de Podgorica.
En effet, nous avions réservé une voiture chez Greenmotion. Voulant récupérer celle-ci à leur guichet, nous avions eu la mauvaise surprise de ne pas pouvoir payer la caution de 1000 euros car nous n'avions pas une carte de Crédit mais seulement une carte de Débit. Résultat obligé de payer 180 euros de franchise contre la caution sinon je perdais la réservation du véhicule soit 91euros.
Nous aurons aimé un geste commercial, c'est à dire au moins le remboursement de la réservation pour nous avoir pris 180 euros de franchise.
Entreprise non professionnelle qui est juste là à faire des bénéfices sur les touristes.
Je déconseille fortement !
Appalling service. Booked through RentalCars in the UK. The car was delivered to a public car park in Kotor over 3 hours later than the rental agreement stated, losing me half a day's rental. The bodywork was very knocked about but more serious was that warnings sounded every time the engine was turned on: for service, oil, and tyre pressures. Also the back door would not lock so that nothing could be left in the car unattended and the back windscreen wiper was hanging off. Green Motion accepted they were half a day late to deliver, and took over 24 hours to reply on the car issues saying the settings had not been reset to remove the warnings , the tyre pressure alert was faulty so ignore the warnings and did not reply at all about the wiper or lock. Both green Motion & RentalCars have refused to take any responsibility or rebate the half day lost rental time due to late delivery.

Beware of Bandits.
Arrived at the airport after a severely delayed flight with small child ready to receive hire car only to find they were closed. After several attempts to contact the main office, ringing the bell etc. we opted for the reliable taxi to get us to our destination... Following day I rang up only to find out they had already cancelled our booking and would not be refunding us. Based on other similar reviews it would seem they are hiring and cancelling cars at every opportunity so they can then hire the same car out and the cycle continues. Wonder how many vehicles they actually have?
Awful awful company would not recommend to anyone.

08:00 angekommen in TIVAT.
Angerufen und gesagt das sie in 5min kommen 30min gewartet nochmal angerufen nach1h kamm jemand.
Wollten mit das auto nach croatie. Fahren brauchte man bei green motion noch eine zusatzgebphr 69 EUR zu bezahlen( bei alle Anderen anbieter nicht) sind wir zum auto angekommen sagte er uns sie könnten uns das auto nicht geben da das auto nicht eingelöst ist für nach croatien.
Hatten keine nerven mehr und haben alles die Buchung gelöscht direkt beim flughafen er konnte mir keine schriftlich meldung schreiben das er kein weiteres auto mehr hatte.
Danach hatten wir bei entprise innert 10min ein auto erhalten unkompliziert!
Von 08:00 - 11:45 standen wir am flughafen!!

Leider haben wir immer noch keien Rückerstattung erhalten.
Funger weg von GREEN MOTION Autovermiertung.

J'avais réservé une voiture en ligne chez Greenmotion via un broker Discovery Cars. A mon arrivée, la personne au guichet Aleksandar ma tout de suite dit que ma carte bancaire n'était pas acceptée car ce n'était pas une carte de crédit. Il n'a même pas essayé la carte alors que sur la carte est indiqué "carte de crédit". Il m'a montré sur son écran d'ordinateur un numéro de carte qui n'était pas le mien et qui indiquait "Russian Federation" alors que ma carte est émise par une banque française. Il m'a proposé de payer 280e de plus et là il aurait accepté. Une vraie arnaque. J'avais lu de tels avis mais je n'y croyais pas. Donc la technique est rodée, je ne suis pas le premier. A fuir !

We booked our car rental for pick up at 11:30 AM from podgorica airport and we went to desk at 11:30. Firstly there was no representative for 30 mins.
When they arrived, we have been asked to take good amount of pictures and videos of the car. There were 1000 number of scratches and all tyres were duplicate. Then they gave us a baby seat - very dirty (food everywhere, so many tears and cuts in upholstery).
After 10km of driving, dashboard was showing low tyre pressure. I called their number many times but noone picked up. I was filling air in front right tyre for first 2 days. 3rd day we got the flat tyre on right front. I called for help they said they dont have rescue in Bosnia and I am on my own. In the end they charged me 500 Euros when I returned the car and they said its a wheel damage. There was a small dent on the main wheel because of flat tyre which a mechanic can repair in 1-2 mins.
Ridiculous company, there were 2 other customers waiting at the desk when I checked out with similar breakdown issues. I think all their cars are in poor condition and they are trying to make money from customers by deliberately renting such cars.
Avoid them in montenegro, breakdown chances are more than 50% if you read their reviews on all platforms.
I have rented car more than 100 times across the world, never had such a bad car and worst customer experience.

ZAPŁACIŁEM wam za WYPOŻYCZENIE ale nie dostałem OPŁACONEGO SAMOCHODU. ZŁODZIEJE. Dopiero Wypożyczalnia RENAULT Car-a-Rent, mająca swoje stanowisko tuż obok na lotnisku w Podgoricy, okazała się pomocna i nie robiła żadnych problemów z wypożyczeniem auta, ale, co uzasadnione, musiałem ponieść dodatkowe koszty. A tak przy okazji, o czym nie wspominałem, wasz pracownik próbował wyłudzić ode mnie 1500 euro dodatkowego, bezzwrotnego depozytu. Bez komentarza!!! Takich osób, którym zaproponowano taki deal było co najmniej 3. Facet chciał łapówkę!! czy Firma Green Motion nie płaci swoim „pracownikom” , zmuszając je do takich ekstremalnych zachowań ??? Co to za głupie gadanie i brednie. Wasz pracownik jest idiotą i nie potrafi rozróżnić karty VISA credit, którą mu pokazałem, od debit. Kuriozum. Since you don't respect the provisions of your own contracts, I'm not going to let you down and demand a refund for the RENTAL WHICH FAILED. I PAID YOU FOR THE RENTAL BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE THE PAID CAR. THIEVES. Only the RENAULT Car-a-Rent Rental, having its stand right next to it at the airport in Podgorica, turned out to be helpful and did not cause any problems with renting a car, but, justifiably, I had to incur additional costs. By the way, what I didn't mention, your employee tried to extort from me 1500 euros extra non-refundable deposit. No comment!!! There were at least 3 people who were offered such a deal. The guy wanted a bribe!! doesn't Green Motion pay its "employees", forcing them to such extreme behavior??? Embarrassing! I RECOMMEND RENAULT RENTAL TO ALL!!!
What is this stupid talk and nonsense. Your employee is an idiot and cannot tell the difference between the VISA credit card I showed him and the debit card. Oddity. I wonder if you're smart enough to do that. After your answer, I have no doubts that the only option you have been programmed for is: theft and extortion....
