I booked a transfer with Green Path Transfers for when I arrived at Chinggis Khan International Airport in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. It was three filghts for me to get there and unfortunately my first flight was delayed, meaning I missed both my connecting flights. As soon as I arrived in Beijing and knew I had missed my last flight to Ulaanbaatar, I emailed the company to let them know and to see if they could reschedule my transfer for the following day. They were so helpful. They replied right away and managed to contact the driver before he left for the airport and rescheduled my transfer for the next day. All at no additional cost to me. The driver was waiting for me at the airport the next day and got me to my hotel all without a hitch. I'd definitely use this company again, especially if I was going to be arriving anywhere late at night. For a reasonable price they just take the hassle out of everything. My family and i use Green Path when ever we travel, this time is no exception with our trip from Perth to KL Malaysia.

We have 3 transfers planned and booked for this trip as follows:

KLIA Airport to KL Hotel
KL Hotel to Sunway Hotel
Sunway Hotel to KLIA Airport

Our first pick was there awaiting our arrival and being a public holiday the trip was abit longer but still comfortable. We could not fault the service and will continue to use where ever we go,

I booked a roundtrip transfer for my Rio2016 trip with my two amigos. Although the driver was on time for pick up from GIG, the car was extremely small for three people and three suitcases. We were crammed in the back while one suitcase had to be put in the front seat. This made for an uncomfortable 1 hour ride. However, they were able to make accommodations for the return pick up. I requested a larger vehicle, earlier pick up, and pick up from a different location. They were able to grant all of my request. I would use Green Path Transfers in the future.

I booked 3 transfers with Green Path in Seychelles. Driver was on time, car was clean and driver was courteous and knowledgable about the island. I would definitely look to this company first when booking a transfer.

I travelled from Ulaanbaatar Airport to H9 Hotel in downtown on 7/6/16, and in opposite direction on 11/6/16. Driver arrived on time and drove safely. The car was clean and comfortable. Given the negative feedback on taxi service in Ulaanbaatar, the airport transfer service provided by the Green Path Transfers is definitely a good news to visitors. I must hire their service again when I visit Mongolia again.

Booked from Zvartnots airport in Armenia to Yerevan. Driver ready and waiting for us at arrivals and arrived promptly for the return. Not much conversation, but service with a smile and nothing at all to complain about.

We've been picked up on time in Mahe Airport. On the way to the hotel we were given a lot of information about the islands and what to do. Very caring driver, fairly new and well kept cars, very clean.

Had an excellent experience, clean and new vehicle, we were given water on arrival and all went very smoothly. Would recommend and will book this company again.

Honesty is usually too much to expect from any company anywhere in the world. Green Path delivered smooth, safe transport services with a smile on our recent Rio trip. And above and beyond, the Green Path driver returned 20 minutes after dropping us off to deliver my forgotten cellphone in his car! Thought I'd never witness this act of honesty and kindness from any company dealing mostly with tourists! Thanks Green Path and Cleomar. You've gained a lifelong customer and friend!

I need to split this review between the service received from the actual drivers vs. the administration and management of Green Path Transfers. The drivers were polite, courteous and efficient, everything you look for in a transfer provider. However, our departure flight was changed a week out from our trip. I notified Green Path Transfers of this and received an updated booking, along with confirmation of the revised pick up time. However, the driver was not notified, and still had our original flight number and pick up time. We discovered this when we were left waiting at the reception of our resort with no airport transfer. Much to our dismay, Green Path does not provide any contact details on their website. Fortunately, only through the email correspondence that I had kept when notifying them of the change in flight, I found a contact number buried. When our driver realised we were waiting, he did everything he could to get there as quickly as he could, and we still got to the airport on time. I have not received any acknowledgement or compensation from Green Path for this, despite all of the promises on their website of discounts and refunds if any delays are experienced.

It's a shame, I don't want to tell other users not to use this company as the drivers themselves are excellent. Unfortunately, I think the drivers would be better served taking their skills and working for a company that actually knows how to run a business.

We recently arranged for a transfer from our hotel in Kuala Lumper to the airport. Aswell as receiving text confirmation the day before the driver Mr Mohan from Mayflower, picked us up on time and made good progress through the morning traffic to the airport. During the journey Mr Mohan was extremely informative and made the journey pass quickly, on arrival at the airport he then collected a trolley for us and then pointed us in the right direction for check in.

We recently arranged for transfers at the Seychelles and we were very happy with the service. Nicol who was our driver was a very pleasant young man who explained various aspects of Mahe to and from our destinations. He was also very prompt in picking us up except for one minor problem our cruise ship was directed to a different jetty to what we were told however , that minor problem was soon rectified with a phone call so no fault of the driver.

Failed to pick up from Hanoi airport in February 2015. Couldn't contact anyone until my return home to Australia. No explanation but was given refund and a $100 voucher to use on my next trip. Sent email requesting to use voucher for Paris, France, May 2016. Email sent back to me requesting flight details etc . After several emails to Green Path Transfers they have totally ignored them. Haven't heard back since. Have decided to now use public transport as this company is just not reliable. Just not reliable and not worth the angst.

It was on time on both way even our aircraft arrived earlier . Happy to use GREEN PATH service and for sure I well keep contact with them for future services, Best regards for the driver Andry who returned us to airport on 8/1/2016

The driver was on time for both pick and departure and was very nice. The car was also as explained when booked.

I had booked a transfer from our hotel in Barcelona to the airport at 3am. Driver never showed up and the hotel called only to be put on hold for 10 minutes for them to contact the driver. We couldn't wait any longer so we just got a taxi. I am in the process of requesting a refund.

Met at the airport, driven to the hotel and escorted inside. Perfect!
