Hi Colten,

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, and we’re really sorry to hear the item didn’t fit as expected.

We always want sizing to be as clear and accurate as possible, which is why each product on our website includes a detailed size chart to help customers choose the best fit before ordering. We understand how frustrating it can be when something arrives and isn’t quite right.

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or prefer a refund, we’re more than happy to help—just reach out to us and we’ll get it sorted quickly.

Thanks again for your feedback,

Hi Jack,

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with returns.

When you return items from the UK using your own courier (like Royal Mail), we unfortunately have no control over the shipping charges they apply—in your case, the £16 fee. On top of that, parcels need to pass through international customs. If the correct return reason codes and documents aren’t attached, customs can reject the parcel, which again is unfortunately outside of our control.

To prevent this from happening, we’ve introduced an easier return option directly on our website. For £8, you can select a prepaid label generated by us. This option allows us to manage the full customs process and paperwork on your behalf, ensuring the return goes smoothly without the risk of rejection.

We understand how frustrating this must have been for you, and I hope this explanation helps clarify the situation. If you need help with a return in the future, we’d be happy to guide you through using our £8 label option.

Best regards,
GRIID
