Returning items is a nightmare…
Clothes are great but returning unsuitable products from UK back to GRIID in Ireland is a nightmare. Been stuck in Customs for over 3 weeks and there's nothing GRIID can do about it as they haven't been notified. No idea if I'll ever get the clothes back or money refunded. Looks like that £140 down the drain.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry to hear about the trouble you’ve had returning your order.
When parcels are sent back from the UK using your own courier, they must go through international customs. If the required paperwork or return reason codes aren’t completed exactly as needed, customs can hold or reject the parcel. In these cases, we aren’t notified and unfortunately have no control over the process until the parcel is either released or returned to you.
To make sure this doesn’t happen, we offer a return option directly on our website where you can generate a prepaid return label for £8. With this service, we manage the full customs process and documentation on your behalf, ensuring the return clears smoothly and reaches us without delays.
We know how frustrating this situation must feel, and we’re always here to help guide you through the safer £8 return option in the future.
