Spoke to Nicola in customer support and she was really helpful with my Franke Instante 3 in 1 tap. Clarified exactly what I needed to do and asked me to come back once completed.

Spoke to Daniel today and he's agreed to replace the water tank on the warranty and has given me some leeway as it has only just run out.

Tremendous support from both Nicola and Daniel and cannot sing their praises highly enough.

Great attitude, superb service.

Spoke to two customer service reps over the phone who were equally rude.

I would leave zero stars if I could.
Absolutely shocking customer service, totally refused to honor a legitimate warranty claim and told me it was safe to use an appliance which was clearly unsafe.
