This company gives the impression it is a UK company but it is Chinese. It appears top on Google search for replacement Bose Mini batteries which is unfortunate. They state you can cancel an order for a full refund within 24 hours but they do not refund and they do not respond to messages or emails. Luckily I paid using PayPal who are absolutely brilliant and refunded my money.

Poor service, only replied to 1 email, after 6 emails for a return, laptop power unit failed to work correctly, very frustrating, no help on return, stay well away, know moving to PayPal, to try refund, I have been very patient, this company is awful, stay clear

Absolute rubbish company (who are not in the UK but in either China or Hong Kong) who sells dangerous stuff. I ordered a charger and cable for my HP probook it took weeks to arrive as I expected it to be sooner as they advertise as a UK company and worst still, when my computer went in for a service I was told to immediately stop using it as it was dangerous and could harm my computer. BUYER BEWARE

Aaahhh conned again by the Chinese!!! UK batteries is 100% not in the UK and takes weeks to arrive and is crap quality!! Don't do it. Pay more direct from the manufacturer!

Scammed, the battery they pictured and the one they sent were completely different. Upon recieving the order there was a huge crack down the middle of the adaptor. I contacted the seller and they asked me to send photos of the product which I did, and since have not heard from them, I have sent chaser emails every day for the last week and had zero response (their website says 1 day to reply).

Didn't realise it was a china based vendor posing as a UK site.

STAY AWAY I am now contacting my bank to arrange a recall of the funds.
