Poor quality plant and service
Poor quality plant, matched only by the standard of Groh customer service. Asked for a return as their info stated, you can’t just send back, still waiting for a reply after two reminders a week apart.

Rose bush and others all my plants first class do not use royal mail for delivery the are so rough broke 3 strong branches on my rose by delivering it upside down in my porch before I dot to door

Wrong order but efficiently rectified
I was sent the wrong order. I was contacted by customer service who very promptly dealt with the wrong order.

The plant was ordered on Sunday 27th July and arrived on the 29th July.
Perfect condition and very well wrapped for transport..

You get what you pay for
I held off on writing this review for 6 weeks because I wanted to see how my rose did in the ground and it seems to be coming on alright. So, I don't have any complaints on the plant quality, and my order arrived surprisingly fast - much faster than I've experienced with other sellers. I took a punt on Groh (they had no reviews at the time) because the rose I wanted was around £10 cheaper than 3 litre plants on other gardening sites. But what I received was a *very* small plant in a large pot. It does seem in good condition and must have a strong root system, but I suppose I should've guessed from the price difference that I wouldn't be getting a plant of comparable height. However, I'd say this is about a quarter of the size of 3 litre roses I've bought elsewhere, so bear that in mind if you think you're getting a bargain.

I can see that you placed your order on the 14th of July and we shipped it the same day.
According to Royal Mail, your order of the Kentia palm was delivered next day on the 15th of July.
