I would highly recommend this company. All of the team are really professional. The team doing the work were neat tidy, they cleaned up afterwards and took away all of the waste.
I just wanted my insulation removed and there was no pressure at all for me to refill it, they just organised the job to be carried out as quickly as possible for me, which was great.
I would definitely use this company again.

Gary came very quickly to give a quote, he was friendly and courteous, he drilled a hole to verify we could have the cavity wall insulation done. Once the quote was agreed they came and did the work within a week.
Jason did the work, he was brilliant, very friendly and very tidy.

No messing from start to finish. Graeme responded quickly to my enquiry. He identified my problem and gave a great quote. Within a couple of days Tyler and Jason installed the insulation i needed. They were hard working efficient and explained exactly what they were doing. Despite the weather having been reasonable since, we can immediately tell a difference. Very happy to leave this feedback and would recommend this company.

Everything went very well. The crew arrived on time to the minute. They worked non stop until the job was completed. I was very happy with the result, and would recommend them to anyone.

We had an insulated flat roof installed at our property under a government grant scheme by GRS Insulation. Unfortunately our experience has been very disappointing.

After the work was completed we experienced multiple problems including water coming through a bathroom light fitting, which actually filled with water and caused damage to the ceiling. We also had water entering the boiler cupboard affecting the electrics, which resulted in a power cut and the boiler shutting down leaving the house without heating.

Although engineers attended and carried out some repairs to the roof and restored the electrics and boiler, further problems have continued. Water is now running down the front of the house due to the threshold drainage being too close to the property and is coming in through the front door. There are also still outstanding remedial works inside the property including repainting the damaged bathroom ceiling and replacing the light fitting.

The property is tenanted and there is a vulnerable child living in the home, so these issues have been extremely concerning.

We are currently waiting for the company to provide a proper plan and timescale to fully resolve the problems caused by the installation.

From the initial contact about a survey, to the survey itself (and several, subsequent and very reassuring chats with Graeme) to the day of the install (can’t remember the two installers’ names but they were both friendly and skilful), GRS were fantastic.

Our EPC said cavity wall insulation (assumed). Turns out it had none! Bonded bead installed today with a 25 year guarantee and we couldn’t be happier. Has made an instant difference to how our home holds onto heat.

Communication within the company should be improved among employees. The left hand frequently did not know what the right hand was doing. Information gathering systems were not optimal. We received numerous emails and telephone calls about the same paperwork. There was a lot of unnecessary duplication. Most of all, we were given the wrong information which led to disappointment when the promised improvement could not be carried out.
