The service I have been given and still receive has helped my reputation and to those I have obligations to, can see that I am a fourth right person.

Thanks to the lack of communication with Capital 1, I'm being sued, already had to pay court fees. The paperwork sent to me by Huron had mispelled words and when I asked for them to be corrected, I was told NO. They could request them to be fixed, but they never were. Walked into court looking like a fool. I should of filed Bankruptcy. I'll never recommend anyone to go through consolidation. Nothing but empty words and promises.

Getting rid of debt but no FICO score improvement

I was at a point in my life thing was just getting heavy on my mine and chest and the bills wasn’t going away they seem to get higher and think the stress was going to give me another stroke and I didn’t know what to do and strolling on my phone and there u were the answer I was looking for and the rest is history

If I could leave a zero I would! I had lost my son and had a medical emergency and found myself in a difficult financial situation. I agreed to allow them to help me pay off the debt. They were supposed to draft $234.00 but instead drafted $702.00 out of my account when I called it hadn't even cleared yet, it was still processing. They told me they would request a refund as soon as it cleared but instead they "absorbed" it all with fees and charges and told me there was nothing left to refund!!!!! I WILL NEVER TRUST ANOTHER COMPANY LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!

i’m been with your companies since September 2025 I have six accounts still open and you guys have only closed on 1 and paying on one more and from September till now, I have paid you guys a total of$2670 and you’ve only close on one account. Seriously.

They charge for legal assistance by default, but that assistance turned out to be just the drafting of a response for me to file pro se when GRT failed to negotiate a settlement with one bill collector and I was sewed.

I was lied to repeatedly. I was promised this company was different and that they would settle my debt "in bulk" "like Costco". I was told that I wouldn't need to have money in my escrow account before they could negotiate my debt. By the time I realized what frauds they were I was in over my head with my creditors. I was sued by one and was terrified of being sued by another but when I genuinely started making waves, I couldn't email them. My emails would come back that I didn't have permission to email them. Total scam!! How they have an A+ rating at the BBB and anything higher than a 3 is beyond me!

what i see here are fake 5 star reviews they i am being sued and my credit is horrible i am better off fixing this mess my self. i should sue them for false advertisement and false information

How about a no star. I was hit with a credit card scam. I decided to go with GRT which is further scam. They told me they would knock off my small credit cards first. Example i had a credit card for 9000 dollars i also had 2 small ones for 2000 each. They settled the large 9ne to front load there fees. They wiped out 3000 dollars out of my account paying themselves and only swnt 3 payments to a company. They front load all of the fees and settle large accounts first. Nothing they say can tell me they are for the people. I literally had 30 bucks left out of 3200 making payments of 271 biwekkly for 5 6 months. Im glad i realized early they are thiefs and yake advantage of people. Better off making deals with the actuall credit card companies.

Communication is awful. The compay that I'm paying my debt to sued me, meanwhile GRT has been collecting the money and saying they've applied it to the debt but they haven't. I'm so frustrated and fed up. I've been paying GRT for years.

I signed with them several months ago and so far only 1 account has been settled. I have reached out many times via email to get an update on the other accounts and have not ever received an email response back. Frustrating to say the least. When I signed with them I felt like this was the right thing to do and was going to be a good experience to relieve the stress, but that has not turned out to be the case.
