I could have done what grt is doing by…
I could have done what grt is doing by myself. All they do is wait till the company settles the debt. Hell I can do that. What a mistake. Don't do it!! My credit took a 200 point dump and still after 6 months I get collection calls and threats and keep getting late payments. Credit went from very good to poor. It's a good service only if you don't want to do it yourself

Their staff is fantastic
Their staff is fantastic, very friendly. Help remove the stress of being in a hardship . Up front with the negotiations they've made with creditors . On top of that, Annoying phone calls have practically stopped. Great company highly recommend them to friends.

Representatives lied
Initially, representatives told me that the credit history will be cleaned up (missed payments) after the settlement. Unfortunately once the settlement is over and GRT payments are done, they say that it is not possible to change that.

They said they would help me with my creditors to get my debt taken care of and they have been doing just that. As long as I pay my amount each month they work hard for me so that I can look forward to being debt free
