this company is crooked your better off…
this company is crooked your better off selling your debt with your creditors grt is taking more money than they are saving me !!!! they tell you not to pay your cards so they can build up money in your account told me about 30days took them like a year by then i owed twice as much before they get u so flippin sucked in so deep you cant escape and have to stay with them cause now you owe more than u did there fee per card is almost half of what you owed to begin with they are just sucking my money right down the toilet if the rating system had - stars they would be like -10stars do not hire these bafoons...

Ive been in program for almost 2 yrs…
Ive been in program for almost 2 yrs and all my accounts are not settled yet. I've already had to go to court and make payment arrangements myself with 1 account.

Terrible communication w client & poor…
Please please DO NOT do business with this company!!!! I have called 3x in the last 2 weeks to get a final payment amount needed to reconcile my account & be done with this co . Each time I call I get a different amount & the mounts just keep going up!!! Then I was told a certain fee would no longer be taken out since I was about to be done w the program & today they too the money from my escrow acct anyway and will not refund it . Now ( 4th call with them) they want more money from me than they told me this morning when I called. This is a very dishonest program to use in my experience with them.
On top of the terrible communications w them I could probably negotiated the same amounts without using them, thus the poor negotiations again in my experience w them.

Don't sign up with Them
If we were to do it over again, I would have dealt directly with our creditors instead of hiring Huron Law Group.
They charge us a 25% fee for every account they agree to settle with on our behalf & trust me when I say they have received alot of money from us.
They rush you to sign up with them but Our bad for falling for this.
This will end very soon. This has gone on for 2 years

My opinion on this help.…
So far as of today since I started with them in getting my debt cleared and getting it down to a reasonable amount to get it paid off in a timely manner, they have been very helpful and responsive to my needs and hopes on getting this straightened out. Also they are keeping me informed on the progress with phone calls to me in a amount of time between calls as I wanted to be informed.i can now see some progress on clearing this debt by their efforts on handling this for me. Thank you.

I have had no complaints till the last conversation I had with a representative. They had a very thick foreign accent. I could barely understand them. They then got rude because of it. I have always been polite. It’s not my fault they can’t speak plainly

My experience has been okay
My experience has been okay. My main concern is that nobody contacts me with updates as to status of my case. When I was told I needed to contact, I was right on time, but when I text for information, it takes much longer than I expect. Hoping that the contact will become better soon.

Communication is sparse. Never any acknowledgment when I send emails or paperwork. After 9 months, only 2 of 9 accounts have been settled.
