I have been having Grubby delivered for a few years now and I really enjoy the recipes. It’s great that you get everything you need. I’m not vegan, not even vegetarian, but like to maximise my plant intake. Grubby provides so many different recipes and I have tried so many new things that I would never have done otherwise. I normally make the recipe for 2 and either share with my partner, or save for the next day. I have not had a single dish that I haven’t enjoyed. The team are very friendly and helpful as well. I recommend!

Great choice of imaginative plant-based meals, saves time and energy deciding what to cook etc.
I love the playlist you get with every recipe card, it makes the prep and cooking time more fun.
Haven’t had any big complaints really, minor issues like the occasional missing ingredient are quickly responded to and refunded with no quibble.
Delivery is prompt and you can choose your delivery date.

I have used Grubby for years and am still enjoying it. There is enough innovation and variety that I don’t get bored with the recipes. Grubby is also super-reliable. Should anything go wrong, which is rare, but can happen when one orders frequently, Customer Service is extremely responsive.

After years and years of creative cooking every evening , once retirement hit, I decided I wanted to do less food shopping and less thinking about what to cook. Being largely vegetarian we started off trying Planthood, but eventually got tired of their sauce-based dishes and, as it turns out, not always that healthy. So looked around for an alternative and found Grubby.

And here we are 20 boxes later!! The App works a treat and there’s always plenty of healthy variety in the menu options. Really like that I can advance plan weekly menus and change if needed. Good delivery, quality ingredients and very easy to follow instructions. Sometimes I’ll tweak the recipe with some extra veg or herbs, but in most cases the portion sizes are plentiful- and we have
“healthy” appetites!!

A great company, providing healthy, high quality, tasty plant-based food whilst still giving you the job of doing the actual cooking.

The only think I haven’t tried yet is the accompanying playlist- but I’m VERY picky about my music-lol

We have been through a lot of other food subscription boxes and none of them have blown us away until Grubby.

I'm vegan, my partner is Veggie and all of the other subscription boxes have either rotated the same limited recipes over and over again or simply lack taste and imagination.

I found Grubby on an IG ad and decided to give them a go. We have been using Grubby now for over 6 months and we are beyond pleased with them.

The variety of recipes to choose from, time variations, mix between plant based meats, tofu and just veggies without compromising the taste. Other boxes don't come close.

A few months ago we have some issues with the boxes being delivered in a right state (a delivery issue, not grubby) - Grubby's customer service helped us out time and time again and while annoying, they've actually changed the boxes so they're much more robust and can survive the kicking my delivery driver likes to give the boxes!

It was so nice to see a business actually implementing the feedback that you provide. Customer service has always been polite, quick and easy to resolve any issues.

Lastly we actually find ourselves making all 5 meals per week rather than letting them sit in the fridge & order something else due to just not being excited about the menu, which was a big problem with our previous box providers.

Needless to say, keep it up Grubby. We'll be with you for a long time to come.

My mum bought a box for Christmas as a present and I’ve kept my account since! The team are lovely and helpful, and the food is fantastic.

Honestly, I feel like I have found the perfect recipe box for us. We have tried pretty much all the recipe box providers, but arrived at Grubby after seeing an advert on Instagram. We liked the look of the opening offer, and the recipe book as well, and the recipes looked good. So we decided to go ahead, and we haven't looked back. I can see us using Grubby for the foreseeable future. I love the fact that all the recipes are vegan, although I am a vegetarian, and the standard is so incredibly high, and the flavour combinations are always really great. I like the mix of very healthy meals, with more indulgent weekend meals! And I feel like we have been learning how to cook lots of different ingredients that we haven't quite mastered before. So it's been a bit of a learning curve as well in a good way! The convenience of taking away the mental load of deciding what's for dinner for five days out of seven of the week has been massively life improving as well. Just being able to pick what we want, and knowing that the ingredients will come to the door, has also reduced waste in our busy lives, which is fantastic as well. Honestly can't recommend the company enough. Customer service is great, and everything has always arrived well packaged, but the real big difference for me is the quality of the recipes and ingredients. Also, huge shout out to the fact that they have kept recipe cards. As somebody who processes information in a certain way, having to keep returning to my phone to check a recipe just does not work for me. There are other recipe boxes out there who have got rid of recipe cards, but we have only ever used them once. It's just not possible to continue when they don't give a physical card. Plus the absolute pleasure of getting off your phone for a bit, and just enjoying cooking. It's a big thumbs up, thoroughly recommended. 11/10! 1000/100!

I love Grubby, i've been vegan for 12+ years but I get busy so not always the easiest to try new recipes. I love the service, easy to make some really tasty food. Why i'm leaving the review however is cause of the AMAZING customer service. A big thank you to Lily. I've forgotten to place my order and it just auto picks. I emailed the team and BOOM. Lily to the rescue. Instead of me panicking, I felt supported and cared for as a customer. That's a big reason for me to stay with the brand.

Being non vegan, we are enjoying the range of tastes and quality ingredients. The Spotify suggestion is fun. Menu cards are easy to read, with a good selection of meals cooked in less than 30 mins. Customer service have been prompt to reply with a concern.

Great fesh ingredients everytime. Also very easy to contact someone to ask for help you have resolved my issues each time. (I forgot to cancel one order when on holiday and they did it for me). Highly recommend.

I ordered from them recently for the first time and couldn't fathom how people enjoy the food. It (I tried the cashew ma and greens and later the tofu cabonara and lost my appetite) tastes so plain – where is the seasoning?
I felt like I was on a low sodium diet or something. Only positive was their garlic bread, but thats incredibly hard to mess up. They did have small amounts of butter on their garlic bread and the cuts into the bread were small, but other than that, it was ok.

I understand that they are trying to be healthy, however, Planty is healthy and they dont lack flavour either.

I reached out to them for a refund and they refused to refund me. Only gave me credits to buy more of their tasteless food...

We've been with grubby almost a year now, and it has been an absolute revelation for us. I think the biggest stumbling block to eating plant based is knowing what to cook and this solves that problem. Also the customer service is top.

What a fantastic 5* company.that I can definitely recommend. Gorgeous recipes which are very easy to follow with lots of different ideas. You then keep all the recipe cards with the beautifully presented book. It’s fun, exciting and great for children learning how to cook healthy vegan food. Also packed neatly in an eco friendly paper bag. And lastly a big big thank you to LILY who really helped me with my difficult order she especially went the extra mile.

As a vegan, travelling a lot for work, trying to decide what to cook each night is a chore - but I love cooking! Grubby takes care of the decisions and everything we’ve had so far has been quick to make and ridiculously good!! My husband has a wheat allergy, and it’s great that we can just exclude wheat, instead of him having to choose a fully gluten free option.
