This review is a follow up after my last one a few weeks ago.
I noted that the meals were poorly packaged and lacked flavour. I also emphasised the lack of substance and protein content.
They kindly sent another box out to me including a large selection of their new recipes.
I can conclude the meals are in fact far more substantial and higher in protein, however, this brand still isn’t for me, and I’m not a fan of frozen ready meals.
I think my opinion is more based on personal preference and shouldn’t deter anyone from ordering.
The staff were fantastic and very receptive to customer feedback - highly satisfied from that point of view.

I have wanted to move to a readymade plant diet for quite a while. Settled upon Planty after a bit of online researching. After a false start due to DPD not delivering my order the meals have been better and bigger than expected
After my first box was finished I informed my wife that I haven't eaten as well for years. That's as good as recommendation I can give.

As a long term customer, I’m really happy with the variety of meals, convenience and quality.

It’s easy to reschedule, skip or cancel the subscription.

Whenever I need to get in touch, they always respond fast and solve the inquiry or answer the question.

The notification that my order was going to be delivered didn't reach me . So I was surprised to get a text saying delivery was authorised in a couple of days. It was a big order and we weren't even going to be at home! I sent a barrage of emails and within a couple of hours my payment had been refunded and everything was sorted, So relieved to have an honest, responsible company to deal with! Thank you Planty

Most of the meals are great, very convenient and tasty. I *love* the matcha smoothie mix, so it's a real shame it's out of stock right now (that may or may not be my fault for buying a ton of them!)

My main gripe would be that the menu doesn't change very much, some of them are classics which makes sense, but I haven't seen much variation. Competitors are releasing seasonal menus - most of what's on offer right now is great for autumn, winter and early spring - when it's this hot, many of the meals are a little too heavy for me. Some competitors are even changing their menus weekly, but of course this is a smaller business so it's important to bear that in mind.

Overall it's a very reliable service, it's reasonably priced for what you actually get (£100 for one person per week, including smoothies, desserts, and main meals) and has reduced my takeaway spend while increasing my vegetable intake, which was the main goal!

One final comment - if loyalty were better rewarded, that would be really helpful. The loyalty scheme is great but a little on the low side, and not everyone has a huge social network to earn referrals.

Altogether I'm happy with the service and the quality of the meals, I feel like what I get is fair. The boxes are well packed, delivery is prompt, the ingredients are good quality, and I've never really had any issues. Definitely can't complain, my comments are mostly improvements I'd like rather than anything hugely negative.

I was tempted to try Planty after seeing an Instagram ad for them. Used a code and made my choices eagerly awaiting my delivery. Didn't know what to expect from them but I need not have worried because all of the meals so far have been delicious and I've even ordered again and chosen a few different meals to try going forward. Think I've found my new favourite vegan meal delivery service. 😋 Very happy to recommend to anyone!!!

What a bonus that they are all super nutritious and healthy and you don’t have to think about that yourself, as it is all sorted for you!
The choice is great and to be frank, I have never had a meal I haven’t loved! Happy days!😎

Some good options and taste great. Quite expensive but meals taste fresh and convenient for busy mums like me. Also great as part of a healthy, high protein and low calorie diet, when looking to lose weight. Would recommend if you can afford it.

Very tasty meals with no unnecessary additives. You know exactly what you're eating. I'm not a vegetarian but enjoy the meals immensely. Not cheap, but in line with similar meal delivery offerings and you get immediate portion control for weight loss or T2 diabetes control. Deliveries are regular and have had no problems with them.

Great selection of tasty and filling vegan meals. Handy for when I struggle to cook and to get more variety.

I like that they're eco conscious too.

I’ve yet to try my meals, but after a delivery issue I felt a 5 star rating for the fabulous Scarlett was due for her quick and helpful support. Customer service is definitely fantastic, now I just can’t wait to try the food.

THIS IS VERY VERY BAD FOOD. If i could rate it -100000 i would, very very disappointed with this, the food is very poor cheap quality, if you dont like food with weird seeds and other weird stuff you will not like it, the high protein content is added by the horrible weird seeds and stuff that they add, even the packaging is the very very cheapest packaging you will ever see, very disappointed

As a vegan with a busy schedule Planty has been a godsend! I'd been using another meal prep service for a few months but was disappointed by the variety and taste of the vegan options so did a bit of research and stumbled accross Planty. Gamechanger!

I've had 4 deliveries now and can honestly say all of my meals have been delicious and on top of that the customer service has been fantastic. Through my own stupidity I'd made some errors in ordering and Georgia and Scarlett in the customer service team have been so so helpful in sorting them.

If you're a vegan looking for a meal prep company, this is your one!

I'm on my 2nd week only,first I would like to say the quality and freshness of the meals pleased me,but I would like to put forward some ideas,Sauces is a must with some of the dishes so you really get a authentic taste of what your trying to cook.e.g Piri Piri meal Jerk meal,needs more attention, I wish there was fish or prawns advertised and I miss Salads,so as I have only 2 shelves in my freezer which Planty take most of the room up,I'm going to cancel after my next delivery, sorry

I’ve been using Planty for the last 6 months and it’s bean an absolute pleasure! Finally I’ve found my forever food delivery service. I’ve tried some good ones but Planty I feel offer much more value for money and generous portion sizes.

Initially I only ordered what I thought I would like best, but I was very impressed that I tried other dishes and tried recipes I know consider favourites! The Shepherd Less Pie is probably my favourite! So tasty and delicious! I also love the Chilli Non Carne. It’s wonderful to know of all the health benefits I’m having!

Highly recommended. They give new customers very good deals to introduce you. I am happy to stay with Planty and hope they thrive for the future! I only wish I could add more to my order!

Great meals and a great service

Love these Planty vegan meals!! Just my kind of food - nutritious, tasty, satisfying, energising and so easy. I'm thrilled and wish I'd done this years ago! Well packaged with no waste, and very slick delivery by DPD too. Plus I'm delighted Planty give detailed recycling instructions and support returning the components they can use again, which importantly ticks my values. Just coming up to the end of my first week of delicious daily meals, already feel I'm hugely benefitting, and highly recommend 💚😋

I've been having planty meals for around 3 months. It makes my life so much easier and gives me much more time. The meals are very well thought out and very tasty. They help me get a well balance vegan diet that is good for me, the planet and the animals.

Lovely company, delicious meals and customer service is speedy and friendly. The meals really help me through the tough days when I have no energy to cook!
