Damn near impossible to loosen and tighten drawstring bracelet with one hand.

Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a black onyx bracelet from GT Collection in December 2025. After only a few months of normal use, the bracelet broke.

I contacted the company within the stated warranty period and provided photographs and details of the issue. I followed up again when I received no response. To date, I have still not received a reply or any proposed solution.

Jewellery can occasionally fail, but completely ignoring customers when they seek support is unacceptable. Had GT Collection engaged and offered a reasonable resolution, I would likely have remained a customer.

Unfortunately, the combination of a product failure and a complete lack of after-sales support means I cannot recommend this company.

Product is amazing however tighten it is not good, pulling from both to tighten it doesn’t work and it loosen it every now and then. Wearing it should be like a bend.
