The jewelry is ok but the customer service after sale is poor. I ordered a couple bracelets as Christmas gifts. One of the boxes arrived smashed and dirty. I reached out to the company immediately with photos and the reply was basically, stuff happens, the jewelry is fine so take a coupon to buy something else from us. They cared less that I have to give someone a gift that looks used.

I'm happy with the bracelet I ordered, it looks just like the photos and feels well made. The only reason I''m not giving 5 stars is because the delivery took a couple of days longer than expected and I wasn't able to give it to the person I bought it for in time for their birthday. Everything else was good, but a more reliable timeframe would've made experience better.

Where is my order

Ho ordinato 3 braccialetti approfittando dell'offerta 3x2. Peccato che un braccialetto ha una circonferenza interna superiore ai 20 cm mentre sul sito viene indicato 18. Questo fa si che il braccialetto sia particolarmente largo.
Ho contattato l'azienda e l'unica cosa che mi dicono è di spedire a costo mio tutti e 3 i braccialetti a mio carico nonostante il prodotto non sia conforme alla descrizione sul sito.

La risposta che hanno dato è FALSA!
Hanno solo detto che devo restituire tutti e tre i braccialetti e mi avrebbero rimborsato l'intero importo!! Ho le mail!! In aggiunta devo pagare io la spedizione anche se il braccialetto NON È CONFORME!!!! e se non erro la direttiva europea in questi casi prevede che sia il venditore a farsi carico del trasporto.
NON SI SONO MAI OFFERTI DI SISTEMARE IL PRODOTTO!! CON QUESTO AMMETTONO CHE IL PRODOTTO NON È CONFORME!!
NON ACQUISTATE!!
