The merchandise was delivered in about 2 weeks not within 4 days as advertised. There was no notifications nor updates of the delivery, had to research the contacts to get to them to give me an update. In fairness I have received the bracelet after contacting them

Product is much smaller than others I have bought and the strings are super tight. Tracking package never worked. Always got info not available.

Black Onyx beaded bracelet is made of great quality materials and made well. This is the 3rd one I have purchased. Each person has been so pleased with it that am buying another to give as Christmas present. It can be worn when dressed up or dressed down. Guaranteed to get compliments.

I had to return an item, and was told I had to pay for shipping. The customer should not have to pay for shipping to return an item.

Very nice quality and the bracelet looks great. Only reason why it didn't get 5 stars is because I find it to be pretty small. It's listed as "one size fits all", but I'd have to disagree with that. Pay attention to the sizes listed in the description. I wear a 7.5" bracelet, which is fairly small compared to the measurements stated in the description, so the bracelet fits comfortably; but, it's tight slipping it over my hand when fully opened up. Thank goodness my hand isn't bigger, otherwise I probably would have had to return it.

If the width of your hand is greater than 9" at the largest part, it may not fit you.

The bracelet came with lose stitching and when i reached out to customer care service they promised to send the replacement product but they never really did.

Nice bracelets, but the one size fits all was way too big. A person with bigger wrists can loosen the stings to fit. These bracelets were sliding down my arm. I didnt order a bangle. I returned them.

I was happy with the way it was presented, how fast it got here. I was second guessing, because I thought it would look cheap, but after the product arrived it was very elegant and worth the price, had a good weight to it. My boyfriend was so pleased with his gift. I will definitely buy again.
