Most sellers are reliable BUT beware: the top managers don't ever give a dang. Try another nonchinese site.Tania

I ordered something 3 months ago havent received the item and never got a refund. Scammers

Does anyone have a UK contact number for complaints? I ordered faux fur dog beds to be made in China, I paid my money and UK customs confiscated my order because the seller hadn't filled the import forms in. I haven't received my order or a refund. Alibaba are not helping at all. I have since ordered my beds to be made in the UK. Snugbums

fraud. make payment. part of whats ordered arrives. no help from alibaba even though i paid extra for trade assurance option

Alibaba. Disgusting china closed shop biased towards china suppliers.
No buyers rights respected. They fslsely advertise trade assurance. Should say. No chance of getting money back if goods faulty. . Dont waste your timev disgraceful

Hi there, I'm requesting my refund as my ebike never arrived to me(UK) I'm still pay you money 💰 for it and as the last updated is still in China
I've dealing with your agent called Helene CAO. She's always lie to me as she said conversation it was send via train 🚆 transportation and is almost in Europe .
With all my respect to you. your are trading in Alibaba application and costumer trust on what Alibaba says!
So as I was dealing with you agent! And she's not honest she's telling me sub story all times. She is not right for business and destroy your company reputation**
The a last updated was today and the ebike still in China as I'm "unfortunates I can do nothing just keep chasing up my ebike which took more the 65 days since I've bought it."
So now just compromise and refund the money back to my PayPal account please 🙏 thanks for understanding.
Regards

If it sounds to good to be true It's not. Alibaba.com is loaded with scammers. Do not by nothing unless you pay Alibaba.com if they tell you it is safe to pay any other way they most likely are scamming. Even if yu see a shipping slip doesn't mean it is true.tell them you want to call the shipper by phone not the internet. Scammers are good everything is fake to make it look real. good luck.

Biggest scam ever!

Never shipped my desk! Protecting scam sellers! Bought Alibaba.com insurance and after sending all documents and conversations with seller support still didn’t wont to pay me back!!! I have never ever in my life experience such a scam. At the end I contacted my bank and send them all documents and they were able to dispute my payments…

Stay away from them and save your time and 💰

Avoid avoid like a virus you may think they are good company and your money safe but its NOT
When you have problem they don’t care about you they allow people to send endless time charge you airship and sending by sea biggest scammer company Alibaba.com and they allow suppliers to use inappropriate language too. Also if any shipper lost your shipment after paying all its your problem too

Absolutely disgusting company, took my money for an order, they then cancelled and removed the order from my account. When I contacted customer service, they wouldn't listen, I didn't have an order number due to them. DONT USE.

Absolute con merchants!
I should have known better.
Steer well clear.
Their customer service is no help at all. Only half of my goods arrived. When I disputed this, I was told that I’d refused delivery! What for half the goods, I’d paid for? That’s ridiculous. Alibaba.com still saw in the sellers favour, so I’ve paid double the advertised price and full shipping costs.

I knew something was up when all the reviews on a product of alibaba.com was from the same person on different days thanks trustpilot.com reviews for confirming alibaba are dodgy

🤣🤣🤣🤣 they are selling a Dueltron ultra scooter that normally ranges from 3/4K for £289... these people scam you for your money snd you think you are getting a crazy deal. They get your credit card details and it goes from there. Take this warning. Do not deal, read the 99% reviews before you do something silly.

Terrible service ,been waiting over 3 months on delivery , useless chat service ,kept making excuses for tracking numbers ,don't use these people ,scammers ,I'm about 300 out if pocket , website/app are useless
Absolutely useless
