I've had a set of their Pro vintage locking tuners, which are excellent. I needed a set of new tuners for a budget vintage guitar, which had some knackered open gear tuners.

I was tempted to upgrade to the Pro tuners, but in the end decoded to replace like for like. GA's open gear tuners are £13, they're absolutely fantastic, great quality, and keep in tune.

I was recently very kindly presented with some Guitar Anatomy gift cards by a good friend and ex-student, now a busy working pro, in return for a bunch of work I did on his guitars. I decided to order a AAA grade roasted s-type maple neck along with a 2 piece alder s-type body and a scratch plate.

The ordering process via the GA website was mostly extremely straightforward, although there were a couple of slight 'glitches' during the process. Firstly, the gift cards didn't initially deduct from the order total amount, but David was on hand via the website chat throughout and was able to sort it out immediately.

Secondly, I'd checked the box to order some neck pics to be sent to me so I could choose the one I wanted from stock, but for some reason this didn't get added to the other cart items at the time. The only real issue was that it created a slight delay processing my order, but this was quickly rectified when David made me aware and I was able to re-order and receive the pics once he'd had chance to look through his stock.

Unfortunately, although I'd ordered a neck with stainless frets/hemispherical ends he didn't have one in stock with the AAA figuring I also required. Instead, I was offered a beautifully figured neck with 'standard' nickel silver frets, which I chose to accept.

However, the initial disappointment I felt was quickly banished once my order arrived and am over the moon with all three items. The neck is truly stunning and I was also very impressed with the preparation work carried out prior to dispatch. Ditto the unfinished body I'd ordered, which is a lovely light weight, 2 pc centre-joined and with well matched grain. The neck fits beautifully too, so a real result all round for me.

David's communication and attention was excellent throughout the entire process, and he went out of his way to ensure that I'd be completely happy with my order, all of which I really appreciated. Having dealt with Guitar Anatomy before and always had excellent service, it was really nice to confirm that I'd made the right choice once again, and I honestly could not be happier with the parts and service I've received.

So, following those few hiccups along the way, Guitar Anatomy really came through for me in the end and delivered a fantastic result. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for high quality guitar parts that you know will work (and fit!) as intended, and they are a great company to deal with. Good communication quick delivery

Great customer service. The body has excellent contours dimensions and is lightweight. I was a bit underwhelmed with the nitro satin finish but decided to keep it. Team supported me while I made my decision.
