I used their pro plugins on several client websites. Paid for each licence, even called their office to request a licence code, and they informed me that they do not provide licence codes and that they are not required on my end. I also bought their other plugins. So I created separate emails for each customer and paid them, some with my card, some with theirs, because their plugin requires an annual payment. They have now updated their licence policy and forced clients' websites to update the PRO plugin, which required a licence activation from their website; unfortunately, my clients contacted me and requested this, and when I attempted to figure it out, they said there was nothing I could do. Now that they told me we wouldn't need a licence code, which they didn't provide, I can't remember the email addresses I created for their plugins, and I already needed to re-purchase for one of my clients. I got 7-8 licences or so to find out that I would not have to pay again, but I will most likely have to repay or find another solution. If you haven't worked with them yet, I strongly advise you not to do so for your mental health and money.
