I have been trying to get hold of this company for the last week due to buying some barbells £300 and a year down the line they have broken. I haven’t had any response from thier main website. Face book, insta it’s impossible to get hold of anyone of get a response very poor service

Recieved my order in 2021 and couldn't be happier.
The dumbbell uses a variety of discs to cleverly adjust weight with an easy to use disk on either side of the dumbbell handle. The handle itself has been sturdy whilst using and I have had no issue doing a range of movements including overhead presses etc.
The stand is also really high quality and doesn't move at all even after I sat on it and had both 40KG weights on it! It has nice plastic feet that prevent it from slipping too.
Support were pretty good and kept me informed about my order until it arrived.
Happy to recommend Gymzo to anyone who needs quality equipment at an actually reasonable price. Thanks
No support to dealing with faulty dumbbells

First of all I was over the moon when i got my 40kg dumbbells in 2020. It took awhile to get them (about a month) but it was worth the wait
Recently my weights have been falling apart ( not locking the discs) and I have tried many times to contact your support website and With no response. I have tried numerous amount of times to email you regarding my faulty weights. Again no response.
I’m not sure how I go about getting anyone to contact me regarding the two year warranty they supposedly provide. The weights are becoming more dangerous to use as they do not lock in to the holder. This is now making them very dangerous to use. Having spent over £400 I will expect better support for this product.
It has now come to the point that I now have to give such a negative review on trust pilot. I no longer have faith in your products or service. As I am now left with faulty dumbbells

I received my dumbbells on the 8th of…
I received my dumbbells on the 8th of May 2021. Three months later I noticed that the little metal thing that sits in the dock had fallen inside so I message customer support on the 13th August to which I received a very speedy reply on the same day from Corina A saying that they would order me the replacement part and it would be due to arrive on the 3rd of September.
The part never arrived so I sent another message on the 9th of September letting them know and asking them where it was to which I received a very speedy reply again the same day from Corina A just saying that they basically forgot to order the part which I was like fair enough these things happen and she said that it would be with me within a few days.
Again the part never arrived so I messaged again on the 27th of September but received no reply. I messaged again on the 4th of October and got no reply and again I messaged on the 12th of October but again got no reply. After all that I messaged on Instagram on the 15th November but again I’ve got no reply.
I’m not too sure what’s going on with the customer service but I’ve noticed that Karina seems to reply to people on here after they leave bad reviews so that is the reason why I’m on here today.
Leaving a bad review and here is the last thing I want to do because I know how damaging to businesses it can be but as there is no phone number and I’m not getting any responses from them anymore I am left with no other choice.
I am still under warranty so I am entitled to this faulty part that I require. What is more annoying is the fact that I know they are still trading because of reviews being left on here.
I’ll happily change this review or remove it if they can send me my faulty part and I get a valid reason to why they have stopped responding to me.
I also worry that if I ever need any parts in the future where will I get them from.
Customer service is pretty poor
Customer service is pretty poor with this company..... the website promotes next day delivery but this wasn't this case. I ordered on a Friday morning and expected delivery on Monday. you can only email these people, there is no contact telephone. Their responses through out the following week basically told me to expect delivery that day (each day), but they weren't sending me confirmation of dispatch. I got the feeling I was being fobbed off repeatedly and detected a distinct lack of honestly in their communication with me. checking other reviews i could see others who had had similar experiences and feeling quite stressed by the whole interaction (or lack of) I decided to request a refund. this wasn't replied too but very soon after asking for a refund i got an email saying the product had been sent. My experience is by no means as bad as others but i will not be returning to the company and i prey i don't get any faults with the product that I have to speak to them about as i would not hold much hope that I'd get anyway with them.

Great product
Great product, great service and great price !!
Ordered a pair of 32kg adjustable dumbbells from Gymzo. Had a slight problem with delivery as each dumbbell came on separate days (not really a problem). Emailed there support team ( Corrina ) who responded very quickly and was very helpful. Would recommend to anyone and would certainly use them again.
Dumbbells are really great
Dumbbells are really great. Adjust very quickly by rotating the handle as advertised. I have done loads of different excercises and this and a bench is all you really need to excercise full body! Again, very happy. Thanks

Love my new adjustable dumbbells. It takes a little getting used to but after 2-3 sets you have it nailed. Look great and definitely seem sturdy enough to last
Awful! Do not buy from these guys
Awful products caused me harm!
I complained about the products in February & March 2020 to which originally I didn’t get any response. I then came on trustpilot and magically got a response within a day! (No original emails were responded to and I know a few others as you can see on the reviews who have had similar problems) They (Harry) offered me a replacement dock if I took my review down. That dock never came so I then reposted my review. All of a sudden I get another response from a new customer service team member (corrina) asking me what the problem was. At this point I was fed up and asked for a refund.
The dumbbells took over 60 days to arrive which conveniently is their returns policy so if you don’t like them (which I didn’t) you’re stuck with them as they’ll refuse refunds. Only replacements. I then didn’t hear from them for another 6+ weeks before leaving my review but I’m blamed for being outside the timeframe for returns. Laughable really!
The reason why I don’t want a replacement is because as a PT (10years in the industry) using the dumbbells they broke on me whilst using them causing me quite significant damages to my chest and head. I was blamed for not ‘treating the dumbbells right. I can tell poor craftsmanship and I would rather you spend your money on something that will last! I never once dropped the dumbbells (only used 3 times) as claimed in their rather rude response to this review!
Spend your money elsewhere!

Great weights at a great price
Great weights at a great price, nothing much more to say. Arrived in 2 days similarly to below reviews. Would use this place again.

Quality is A+
I ordered the 400 series and homepro bench. Super satisfied with the quality. Been looking for adjustables for some time and decided on these cause they look pretty cool and are cheap. Dumbbell quality is A+ better than I expected. Bench was solid and locks in nice. Thanks!

My dumbbells took moths to arrive when they finally did the dumbbells and stand were broken. I fixed the dumbbell myself with some superglue and asked for a new stand and was promised a new one as long as ‘I took down my previous bad review.’
I took the last review down and you can guess why this review is going back up! No stand. Don’t waste your money
Please ignore the response given. A replacement dock was not sent out. Or if it was. Again it’s been lost in the post!
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

Broken, unsafe weights with zero customer service - UPDATES
UPDATE:
>>After posting on Trustpilot I finally received a reply from the company on 12th July stating that they would send me replacement weights. I received a partial delivery on 16th July. I finally received the final plates on 28th August. So it has taken 6 months from my original complaint to receiving a full set of weights (8 months from the order). Gymzo have since been chasing me to remove this review, and have reported it to Trustpilot as "non genuine". Since Gymzo know full well what my experience is this shows who they are and how they do business. Trustpilot have asked me to send documentary evidence to verify the review - which I am happy to do!
This review reflects the facts of my experience<<.
It seems that I am not alone in having a disgraceful experience with this company. Everything that happened to me has happened to many others it seems, so I need not go into details:
-Order took months to arrive
-Arrived with plates missing
-4 plates were broken
-Emailed customer services who said that replacements were on the way in a couple of days.
-No replacements received
-Multiple promises of "replacements dispatched in 10 days"
-Asked for a refund, company now not responding to me.
So, in all a fairly typical experience that others have had. The equipment is rubbish - I cannot use them with clients because to they are broken, and for personal use I can't use them properly since I am worried that the plates will collapse.
To take it worse, the plates have a plastic lip that the handle locks onto to hold them in position. These are now starting to round off so I am not confident that these are safe to use at all. I told the company about my safety concerns and offered to return the weights for a quality inspection and they just told me that they were fine, and nothing was wrong with them (without seeing them).
Reading the reviews here it seems that Gymzo has a policy of ignoring complaints until they go away. Well they are about to receive Court papers from me and I encourage others to take legal action through the small claims court too.

Missing plates. 0 service, 0 effort unfortunately.
Unfortunately i received a set of adjustable dumbbells with a missing plate, rendering one dumbbell useless because its dangerous to use if imbalanced and the selector doesn't work properly without the plate. This was 5 months ago. Many emails later with very few responses i was told over and over that i would have a replacement sent, nothing ever came. And ive not had a response to anything in the last month and a half. The smallest and simplest of things to fix, now im having to dispute the entire purchase through my bank just to get something out of it, as i have one dumbbell that works, and another thats probably around 35kg (no actual marking on the weight plate to say what's missing) paperweight.

Dishonest in dealing with defective items
I have purchased two adjustable dumbbells from Gymzo in November 2020. The handle of one of them broke down in April 2021. I contacted Gymzo customer service who requested a video and acknowledged that I am eligible for a replacement. However, it has now been more than 2 months and I still have not received it. Every time I contact them, they assure that it will ship within days but it never does. It now appears to me that they are deliberately misleading me because it has happened so many times and they have now stopped answering me. I would avoid them at all cost in the future despite their lower advertised prices.

Worth the weight..... excuse the pun....
After an extremely long wait and various emails and promises, we now have our weights delivery in full. This company is not a scam, albeit they are slow to deliver and respond to emails etc..... I understand they are working on this. Be patient and persistent as the product will not disappoint.
