I found the service provided by Gypsifly excellent. Dennis in particular who dealt with me on every occasion I fly is very patient because sometimes I can get impatient, however his response is always good. He tries his best to make my money work for me. I will always use them especially Dennis. I have also recommended a few family members who have also been happy with the service.

However, there is still room for improvement. Providing more accessible customer support would be beneficial in case assistance is needed.
