THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS
THEY ARE FRAUDSTERS, PLEASE DON'T DEAL. They don't deserve any star at all. We entered into a 6-month payment plan with them , a total of £7,464 for 6 return tickets. Adam, assured us of being in possession of our tickets . After payment he started telling us stories about airline not confirming the tickets and no seats available. We were not given the tickets we paid for and he's adamant about refunds. Instead he sent us another itinerary of over £14,000 and requested us to send additional money to enable him process those particular tickets. He'd read our messages and not respond. He's no more taking his calls. Our friend who referred us suffered the same fate, Adam has completely blocked his number from reaching him.

I made the full payment for my ticket
I made the full payment for my ticket, but I later discovered that they were unable to provide it. I lost £2,488 as a result of this. I was assured by Adam that my ticket would be issued as soon as payment was complete. However, once I paid in full, they claimed the payment was made too late even though they had already received the money.
When I contacted them, I was told to report the issue to my bank to recover my funds. Since then, they have repeatedly refused to answer my calls.
Do NOT do business with this company. SCAMMERS

Scam
I paid £1567 for my ticket. I got stranded in lagos because Harry did not process my return ticket. I also paid £2482 for one way fom lagos to London, again Harry did not issue her a ticket. It cost the two of us £4000 to return back to London in January 2025. Up till today, Harry have not either pay for my return ticket or my wife's ticket money. Please be careful.

Scamming people off their hard earned money that they worked for and thinking your untouchable ..even if they can touch you or find you God can ..everyday for the thief ..one day for the owner ..robbing people of their hard earned money ..is it by force to do business ..you should be reported …karma is real continue .

SCAMMERS
I was introduced by a friend to this company. I made payment and I was Never issued a ticket. Real SCAMMERS Is what this company is! If you want to lose money then go ahead and use them! This company is not interested in issuing you an airline ticket once they receive your fund…Fraudulent activities, Theft, Scam is what they do.. I have called and called but they haven’t returned one single call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TICKETSPORT! You’ve been warned

A very bad experience with this company
I used this company for tickets for a while and everything was fine until all of the sudden after making payments. They failed to issue the ticket. We chased for a number of months but they decided not to answer my calls anymore. If you want to loose your money then this company is great for that. They are not located in the UK so recovering your money would be very difficult.

My friend had a very disappointing experience with [ticketsport]. My friend paid for a ticket, but the company failed to deliver it. Despite following up multiple times, they did not resolve the issue, nor did they offer a refund or any explanation for their failure.they stopped picking call nor replying messages
Their lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone. We trusted them to provide the service she paid for, but they let her down completely. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.
