I’m happy with Hainst so far. The products are affordable the quality is decent and the styles are easy to wear. My only advice would be to add express shipping and free returns because that would make the shopping experience much better.

I liked the clothes but I didn’t love the waiting time. The parcel arrived within the timeframe so they did keep their promise but it still felt slow compared with other stores. The size guide was accurate and the items were comfortable. I’d suggest ordering well in advance.

First order from this store and I’m pleasantly surprised. I picked up a simple skirt and a long sleeved top both true to size and easy to style. The fabric isn’t luxury but it’s definitely decent for the price. Free shipping was a nice touch because extra delivery fees always put me off. My only suggestion would be free returns especially for first time buyers.

I’d say the price matches the quality well. It’s not luxury but it’s good everyday clothing and feels worth what I paid.

A few of my friends and I ordered dresses from Hainst for a party and we were pleasantly surprised that every size fit perfectly. The quality is excellent and the cuts are really flattering. Unlike some other online stores, we didn’t have to stress about the fit at all. Really impressed.

The blouse arrived exactly as expected, but what really stood out was the customer service.
I accidentally entered the wrong delivery address and thought I'd have to cancel my order. Instead, they simply updated the address and everything arrived without any issues. Great products and even better service. My only suggestion would be to offer free returns, but overall I'm very happy.

DO NOT ORDER! This company does not seem to be in business. I ordered from them but never received the goods. I followed-up in alignment with their guidance and received no response. Have disputed my purchase.
