I received my order in a timely manner. I was very happy, until I opened the box. There is a big black security tag on the hairpiece. I have sent 2 emails, concerning this & got no response, other than the receipt of email message. This leads me to assume that they have no intentions of doing anything about this. Are they selling stolen merchandise??

I ordered two wigs, didn't have any problems with delivery order came right away. I would recommend and use again.

I'm writing this review for those who are skeptical like I was. I paid full price for my order and haven't been incentivized to write this review.

This company is legit and EFFICIENT. I ordered 8 packs of braiding hair at 3pm on Wednesday, December 4th. I paid $5.99 for flat-rate shipping. My order was at my door by 6pm on Friday, December 6th. It was packaged well and no items were missing. I'm pleased with my experience.

They advertise human hair but it is fake. I just discovered that when I tried to dye a wig and it would not take even after bleaching and developer. This company mixed fake hair with supposedly human hair. Keep your money and try other companies!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company advertises big sales constantly but they change there prices to extremely higher amounts or the majority of the things are out of stock. They do not have a real customer service person. No one ever answers the phone or responses to emails. They also make there sale codes not work when you try to order large amounts and change the checkout section where you enter coupon to gift card only so you are unable to apply code on order. They total scam you you take your money and hold your order claiming they didn't receive payment until you dispute it with your credit card company. This has happened to me several times. At first I thought it was system issues and then it was the payment issue but I have realized that they are manipulating there website so these large discounts are really coming out to be regular prices.

I've been ordering from this company since 2015 never have I had problem with ordering items.. I've been trying to order for the past 2 months and every time I try everything is always sold out.. I even put in a inform me if anything comes available still nothing!! I'm not understanding it!!! Are you all not getting any new shipment in or something??

Was sent two wrong wigs that was much cheaper and no one ever answer that phone number provided. Sent pictures of the wrong wigs they sent and still no response. spent 129.60 and no one will get back with me. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

The delivered the wrong items. They fail to answer the phone. The only email reply I received when requesting a refund was they will investigate. They never replied back even after I provided them photo evidence of the wrong items sent, and made it crystal clear I am seeking a refund.

Been buying here for years! They’ve started getting sloppy with their customer service. Sent me wrong items or shipments flat out missing about half the order on multiple occasions and act like they are incapable of getting your refund.

WHEN YOU GO ONLINE YOU WILL SEE THE SAME PRODUCT FOR HALF THE PRICE. I BOUGHT FACE MASKS FOR $3.98 buy one get one days early. Ryan was there and honor the posted sign. Yesterday Grace the The Manager said "no buy one get one free" even with 8 posted signs in the store. I went on Hair To Beauty Website the same Mask is $1.99 buy one get one free. That Bad Business if they do it with Masks you can imagine the other products are over priced. Grace is very slick rude individual.

Absolutely 5 stars. This is EXACTLY the wig I ordered and expected. I read so many bad reviews I was hesitant to order. I received a text confirmation as soon as I placed order. I didn't pay for fast shipping because the reviews trashed their shipping. I ordered on Friday and received it on the following Friday. My Gold wig package popped out of the box like a jack and the box. So delighted. Will definitely reorder from them!!

Groganics DHT on this site I received it around 2 weeks later.
They sent me the wrong item. I ordered I contacted them by phone immediately several calls not 1 response
several e mails no response a total scam I give this place horrible reviews. Don't waste your precious time buying from this place

Awesome! I’ve never had an issue with this company. Their shipping is so freaking fast. Great variety of wigs. Prices pretty comparable with the other wig sites. I’m definitely a repeat customer! 😊

never will I order from here again. Almost two months I never got a call back you can only leave messages because of cause you can't speak to a life person. I'm not even going to fight it. Keep the money..

Order on Wednesday morning. Hair was labeled same day shipping never got a confirmation. By Thursday it was processing, checked back Friday just to see that my ordered had been cancelled saying something was unverified. Had to order from another site hoping now my hair will come before my trip. This company is a JOKE! Use samsbeauty or wigtypes instead!

They dont even offer PayPal. HORRIBLE SITE TO NAVIGATE ON ..JUST LOST A SALE
