Bundles from heaven
I’ve tried sooo many bundles before, vendors, aliexpress and other companies but I am so impressed. I ordered (3) 28’ double drawn virgin Vietnamese bundles and the matching 13x6 frontal and may I say wowwww
1. Hair is full from top to bottom.
2. No shedding.
3. Legit HD lace and very small knots.
4. Doesn’t have that chemical hair smell.
5. The blonde is a healthy shade of yellow, not artificial.
6. The packaging is sooo cute (lil silk lined white box with a dust bag) makes me wanna have a collection of them.
7. 28’ sitting like 32’ no joke.
Bundles were a bit pricier than I usually go for but I can tell this is really quality over quantity and the bundles will last years.
Cannot recommend more, I will only buy my hair from here now, these are some serious grown woman with grown woman money bundles :p

Delivery is fantastic and packaging is lovely however I was unhappy with the quality of the hair. It has become very dry and brittle after doing some highlights. Ive had the same highlights done on hair from a different vendor and it hasn’t caused the hair to go so dry and brittle.

Great quality
Great quality! I ordered the Yaki straight bundles. When I received them they looked amazing! The ends of the hair were not raggedy but full also the Yaki texture was spot on. My hairdresser also enjoyed using the hair and commented on the hair quality.

My name has been absolutely tarnished after false allegations of theft being made against me because I didn’t get the hair I ordered and the company sent out new hair. To be fair I do believe this was a fault of DPD, however I’ve been wrongly accused. I genuinely have no idea how or why this has happened.

After we happily sent you a replacement whilst investigations were underway, DPD have video evidence of your parcel being collected by yourself on video scanned using the QR code only obtained via text message to your device. Excellent buy.
I have been looking for a company which provides a variation of closure sizes for a while. Elated when I bucked up on hair virginity. I bought the 613 lace closure and 7x7 lace closure, both straight. I haven’t experienced any shedding after bleaching the knots and dying the closure. Been wearing my wig install for a week now no shedding. Definitely will be buying again and can’t wait to try the bundles.

Poor customer service
Very unhappy with customer service. I emailed regarding an issue with the wig I ordered in June 2023. After an exchange of a few emails, I sent photos as requested by Hair Virginity but I then had no correspondence back - apart from the automated 'we received your email' reply. This seems unfair after spending £500 on a wig I'm unable to wear due to the cap and weft track being very clearly on show. After losing my hair from chemotherapy this is the last thing I need to worry about. Had the issue been resolved, I would never have rated my experience poorly.

We are sorry that you are not happy with our response via email but we do clearly state online that such orders i.e. custom made wigs cannot be returned unless defective.
You initially raised a change of mind exchange request and then once declined, proceeded to state there were actually issues with the unit, which after inspection with the photos provided, this was not the case.
With all lace products, a hot comb/ straighteners or styling products such as mousse will help you lay the hair in the specific direction you want. The last weft track before the lace is not a defect as thats how wigs are made and it simply needs styling for the hair on the lace to fall backwards correctly to cover it.
Again we apologise that we are unable to resolve this any further for you.
