Print turned out funky
2 prints of the 5 shirts I got turned out really bad. I got the hunter x hunter one and Julia had 3 legs (lol) and the print for the orochimaru looked like 144 p. I like the other shirts though

I ordered a pair of shorts for my son on 12/27/2022. I still have not received them. I’ve emailed several times and they email back saying They will get me an update but never do. Will never order from them again. If I don’t receive my item within a week I will dispute the charge on my credit card.

Orders get lost in their system and…
Orders get lost in their system and never ship, yet they dont issue a refund. When you realize a minth later....they say "it was a glitch" and "sorry". Then when they reship it.....it takes 3 weeks to process. Then multiple items are left out. Constant run around and 2 months later still not resolved. They offer no compensation for any of the errors. Such a debacle. Please save your money and hassle and shop somewhere else.

Confused on the buying experience
Confused on the buying experience. It stated but 2 get 1 free so I ordered two pair cloud slides for my boys only to pay for the 3rd pair also. That needs to be addressed I’m sure it happened to a few people. The slides are like styrofoam was not comfortable to wear. It took 3 months to get them.

I love the shorts you guys make but I ordered 3 pairs in the beginning of December and have only received 2/3 pairs. It has been well over a month since I’ve ordered them

Just another company that wants your money
Hakai’s costumer service team works similar to how china works with there millions of poorly paid workers essentially they don’t care about you at all. In my case their team failed to help me reorder two pairs of shorts and just chose the most annoying things to do to me so much that I can’t wait till my last pair of shorts come in so I never have to deal with this again

I did not find the quality of this jacket to be that great, from the resolution of the images to placing of the pockets (and no inside pockets) to the bulky fit.
