Love to have those shorts on while on my work out journey.

I ordered some shorts for my boyfriends bday and he’s obssesed with them. Highly recommend. However buy them with AT LEAST a month anticipation becauae they take so long to ship.

Bought a bunch of stuff in October, still waiting to this day (January 10th) for my orders to come in. Been waiting so long that i’m even thinking that i got scammed. I will never buy anything from here again.

The support team responded a lot faster than I expected and they were really helpful when I had issues with one of my orders.

Ordered the Cursed Mark Puffer and was really excited. Ordered it on November 26 of 2022 and have yet to have my orders shipped and it has been around 1.5 months. Contacted them multiple times only to receive apologies and nothing else.

Terrible! Still hasn’t got here for over a month and didn’t give me a tracking number until after 3 weeks

The team at Hakai Culture was super communicative, the product arrived a bit late, but I was in the loop and it came exactly as expected. Could not be more happy with my Akatsuki bucket hat.

I’m still waiting for my order I placed two months ago and I try and contact customer service they keep saying the same thing I just really want to receive my order thanks

I got my jacket it looks exactly what you’re supposed to look like and it fits really well

There was a lack of communication on their end in regards to my order, late responses with little to no information about what is really the issue, not to mention sending emails about everything but updates about my order and coincidentally the website was was down during this whole ordeal, but my order is just now being shipped. I ordered this as a surprise for my fiancé a month ago and now it’s ruined. You guys need to do better with customer service to create and keep building loyal clientele.

Mid quality overall, the hakai brand is really mid and has some of the worst quality clothing in the market, the clothing isn’t true to size and for people who are impatient gotta go through hell waiting upwards of 3 months. They don’t have good clothing just good marketing, none of the clothing looks like the pictures I advise people who want to purchase to look for business anywhere else other than hakai, their clothing is overpriced and trash quality for 40 dollars and they try to mask this by throwing discount left and right and they even made a discount specifically on the day the queen died for the purpose of mocking her death.

Never received my product after waiting over two months for an order over $250. After contacting customer service, received 2-3 word replies, and very ornery at that. Never got a full refund, or anything I ordered. They look like great shorts and apparel. But can't even comment on something I paid for and never received. Just can say, good luck getting your product, and best pray you don't have to interact with customer service.

dog sh!t. ordered slides for about $40 they look cheap and nothing like the picture. also took about 3 months for my order to come in.

Shipping time is horrendous. I ordered on nov 18 and still haven't even received a follow up email about my order

Ordered a blue puffer jacket and got it fast and email team responded to me every time was always quick and responsive!

Ordered a jacket over 2 months ago. Got sent a link to a tracking site that says it was in transit. Proceeded to be in transit for 3 weeks so I emailed them asking why it was taking so long. Was then told that it hasn’t left the warehouse and they’re still waiting on stocks. I was given a refund for my order. Still disappointed as I waited over 2 months for a jacket I was anticipating, and it wasn’t even shipped.

I ordered my man a jacket 3 weeks ago n still haven’t got it . Steady getting excuses . But still no jacket . Till then this place a scam in my heart!

Like EVERYONE else here....I don't have and can't get a tracking number or a reply to my emails regarding a coat I ordered on Nov 8, 2022. NOW you can't even find their website!
