Been waiting much longer than expected for my item. No tracking number even yet and it’s been a month since I ordered from the them. I messaged them on Instagram and there response was “I don’t know why you expected to get it in two weeks” because that’s what the website told me it said I’d have my items in two weeks and it’s been a month and you still haven’t shipped them them. Absolutely ridiculous they really know how to make sure people don’t even buy anything from them again.

Well yes I bought they Hakai “berserk” shorts and yes I loved them because THE BLACKSWORDSMAN free my homie though and I hate you Griffith. When I bought the shorts they were realll short more like workout shorts you get me and the wait time is like 3 weeks I think so I kinda forgot that I bought them but so far my Hakai experience has been great

I ordered a Christmas present almost a month ago and it still hasn’t shipped. I emailed them and all they said is they’re backed up with orders and I should get a tracking number soon but that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing. At this point it isn’t going to be here before I travel home for the holidays.

I ordered my husband a reverse curse mark puffer jacket. It's been a while and still no update whatsoever. All I got was an order number.

I ordered a coat for my son for Christmas and still have not received a tracking number or the coat! I sent emails concerning this and still have not got a response. I just want the merchandise that I paid for and better communication about what’s going on with my order.

Received my order within two weeks and they’re pretty great, soft breathable material and they look awesome, the stitching on the pockets is a little shaky but all around i’m a happy customer

Great product just but you will wait 3weeks-2months to receive your purchase.

Not the greatest, and to be honest they kinda suck. Shipping is from China, so it takes about 3-4 weeks just to receive your order. Shorts are smaller/tight fitted. Colors aren't as vibrant or contrasted (i.e. red shorts are more orange). ALL pockets are white, which actually drives me crazy cause it doesn't match. Quality is actually very cheap. I tried to like them but honestly I just don't, I feel like I spent money expecting something good and just got something really bad. Honestly I'd rather spend more money buying from Invicta Kuru that has great quality anime merch than save money and get bad quality merch that I don't even wanna wear. I haven't worn these shorts since I bought them, they're honestly just hidden in the bottom of my drawer.

PLEASE TAKE NOTE that they will also NOT refund you, even if it's a mistake on their end, they will just provide you with store credit which means you're still gonna get stuck buying another crappy product.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a mystery box, shorts & a hoodie. When I messaged them on Instagram about my wait they said it takes 2 weeks to process & then ship. Once I contacted them about it on Instagram , they replied with “puffers take awhile to ship because they’re made to order.” I never ordered a puffer so they made up an excuse just so they can take longer to process my order.
