Great atmosphere and food, but expensive
Great atmosphere and food - we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I thought it was a bit expensive for the type of food even by London restaurant standards.

This is an average restaurant chain which has unreasonable cancellation policies. They not only charge you £40 per person on a no-show (i.e. already aggressive) but also only allow you to change the booking once.
Therefore if you book a table for 5 people and don't show up they will charge you £200. If you change it to another date, you better be 100% sure about that date, because they would charge you £200 if for some reason you pick a date in the future which you end up needing to change. I don't understand how they don't allow you to change a reservation at no cost.... it's simply WRONG.
