We have a collection of Easter eggs and Christmas boxes. The quality and design is really excellent. This year their service really surpassed itself. We have 43 Easter eggs collected annually for my daughter since her birth. In 2024 I forgot to buy one and got on to them in a panic. Within a few days they said they had found one for me and sent it very quickly. Really excellent service.

It is somewhat tricky to order from US. Your “partners” are unable to personlize your enamel boxes. Contacted Jamie Powell in youe customer support and he put me in touch with Jacqueline, who hanled my order brilliantlt, effeciently and professionally. Box arrived on time and exactly as ordered. She took all the stress away. Gold star!!

Perfect and attentive service. My bespoke box wish came true and it is just as I hoped it would be. Every minor adjustment I requested, was happily and easily accommodated. I was surprised about how easy it was and would definitely order such a box again.

I have ordered from HD before and on this occasion I ordered an enamel box as a Christmas gift for my sister. Unfortunately I had to chase the order over a period of days and was finally informed there was an issue in the production process with the original item I had ordered.
