For each of my sister’s grandchildren I get her a personalized box from Haycon Days with the baby’s initials and date of birth. It is now a tradition and very special to us. She proudly displays them! This time I realized I had not included the date in my order. I panicked but customer service was wonderful!! They ensured that the product was done correctly and the new baby’s unique box is perfect. 😍 I was beyond upset when I realized my mistake, and they made it another special occasion. Thank you!

Christmas Box ordered in October. Only when I chased was told it had been shipped on 6th December. It didn’t arrive. Was then told due to illness and supply chain issues in the factory would be sent out on 18th. Still didn’t arrive. I chased again yesterday, no explanation but told was being despatched immediately to arrive today. Not surprisingly still no sign.
I have been a customer for 37 years, clearly counts for nothing. If I could give a zero rating I would.

the items I ordered arrived on time and were of good quality.

So disappointed. I placed an order on 18th October - a special christening present for my grandson. I was aware there was a lead time of a few weeks but it has still not arrived! After messaging customer services I was told they would look into it and contact me but they haven't. The only phone number is for this same lady at customer services which goes straight to voicemail and and she does not return calls. I still do not have my gift and they have my money. Apalling service!!!

Very high quality products , I’m always extremely happy with my purchases.
However for some reason I am unable to order directly from the company to the Isle of Man.
Please Halcyon Days can you sort this issue ?
But Jacqueline from customer services was excellent and managed to source and send my boxes to me.

A family tradition as mum loved Christmas
I bought some Christmas baubles for my family. our mum loved Christmas and collected Christmas Baubles all her life .
The baubles are absolutely stunning. They are beautifully decorated and well presented in stunning boxes . A real collectors item , something to be treasured and passed down to future generations.
The baubles were promptly shipped and well packed

Christmas Box 2024 Jacqueline was extremely helpful. She was able to find a way to ship to Canada, when shipping was not available. She also was willing to hold the box till I returned from a month out of the country. I have been collecting the Christmas Boxes since 1982.

I ordered the Salamander bangle for my best friends 60th birthday today. I paid for the gift wrapping and as I was going on holiday arranged for the delivery to go to my neighbour. When I returned from holiday I collected the package and went to my friends birthday gathering.
I felt so embarrassed and upset when she opened the gift to discover it was a scarf!!!

The email address on their website and the contact form returns an undelivered message. They don’t answer their phones or they are engaged.

I’m hopeful that this review will prompt a reply and a remedy to this embarrassing and extremely disappointing event.

This review didn’t generate a prompt response from Jackie, who was excellent and has taken immediate action to resolve this matter to my satisfaction.

Need to change a delivery, and Jacqueline of Halcyon Days could not have been more helpful. She exemplified excellent customer service.

Needless to say, the gifts I purchased are truly beautiful and unique and represent great value for money.

I received a pair of beautiful coloured enamel bangles for Christmas and one of them became tarnished for some reason after only a few wearing. The other one has remained in perfect condition. Right from the start of my communication with Halcyon Days they were so helpful and gave me instructions throughout the process of returning it to them for repair. I received it back in beautiful condition at no cost to me. In addition, they were courteous throughout our communication. I won’t hesitate to shop with them again and tell my friends how helpful they were.

Great customer service. Very responsive and efficient. I had returned a bangle for another colour that would not be available for some time, and the options were communicated very clearly.

Ordered and paid for a bangle for a gift. It’s been two weeks and no news of the bangle despite emailing customer service several times already. Quite terrible customer service for the price of the item. I appreciate that some items of jewellery require extra time etc but would have liked to have been aware of this when ordering and also kept in the loop about progress of order. As yet, nothing!
Edit: 24th Sept… Company reached out to me today (maybe from me posting here?) I have now been informed, the item is out of stock and not back until November! Truly unbelievable that you can place and pay for an order (with no mention of stock shortages or delays) and then find out two weeks after paying that it won’t be available until November?
Awaiting a full refund, let’s hope that is much quicker at arriving!
Apologies for the rant, just disappointed in this company and have now lost confidence to use them again.

I tried to call many times, but the calls were not answered.

Halcyon surpassed all expectations when I contacted them about a bangle I had recently bought. Customer service was exemplary and the matter resolved promptly.

Incredibly helpful and went beyond what I would have expected.

Love the bracelet so much! I bought the bangle Kate Middleton wore to Wimbledon and I couldn’t be happier! Might purchase another for the holidays- huge fan of Kate and Halcyon Days now even from Brooklyn NY haha!

I had been waiting for a Torque bracelet to come into stock and I decided to email and ask when it was going to be available. Jaqueline came straight back to me to inform me that it would be available with 24hours - and it was!

The service I received has been fantastic from Halcyon and the bracelets I’ve ordered are both beautiful.

I ordered 2 items and the website said they would be dispatched between 3 to 5 days. After a week, I had not received the items and had no explanation as to what was happening. I emailed to find out what was happening, no response. I emailed again, a response came back saying one item was not in stock and would not be coming back into stock. I asked for a full refund of my order and am still waiting for someone to come back to me to confirm this has been done. Really poor customer service. I shouldn't have to repeatedly chase to find out where my items are and if they cannot fulfil an order the onus is on them to inform the customer not wait until the customer contacts them. I will not buy from them again.
