My second order delivered by Haldane Fisher. Service is helpful, friendly and they go out of their way to assist, particularly as I ordered the wrong timber and they spotted my error and called to check. Exemplary service! A
Special shout out to Mark in Bangor for his patience and assistance, so helpful and I even got my delivery early! Highly recommend for good value for money, quality product and efficient and helpful customer service.

I cancelled my online order within 12 hours of purchase and I have yet to receive any notification of cancellation or refund. This was over a week ago. Terrible customer service for online orders

Late delivery
Ordered on 4th July, expectation of 5-7 days. No sign of order on the 10th, rang and was assured that I would have it by end of day.
No sign of delivery by end 10th: delivery came Tuesday 14th. Not ideal for DIY planned for the the long weekend.

Haldane Fisher is my first choice for building materials etc. Online ordering and home delivery works well. On the odd occasion if something goes wrong they put it right.
