I was not notified of the delivery.
I was not notified of the delivery day/date, despite providing both my home and mobile phone numbers. The company had my email too, from the initial order. However, the driver on the day was excellent and was able to place the items exactly where I wanted them, using the vehicle's hydraulic crane lift.

A Service you can really rely on
Placing my order was pretty straightforward online. Followed on with email confirmation, and second giving its intended delivery slot which fell perfect for me. Delivery was a friendly man crew. Who set the materials exactly where I had asked. Being a pensioner this was a blessing, as this allowed me to conserve my energy for the task in hand. Thanks to all.

The Bangor Team’s customer service is…
The Bangor Team’s customer service is nothing short of fantastic! I made an online order but being in Belfast I needed the items quickly and the Bangor store could not help me enough. We dealt with John in the timber department. We paid two visits, on the first visit on a rainy afternoon, John stayed past stopping time to show us material. On the second visit we placed our order and got a very good price. Would you recommend.

Seriously poor supplier
Still waiting on the order. They do not answer the phone or return phone messages left. They do not reply to emails. Also the price is double the cost of Murocks Ltd for exactly the same materials.
Seriously not happy with Haldane Fisher who have left me in a serious deep hole of which Murdocks Ltd have got me out of. Seriously poor company of which I wouldn’t use again even if they were the last people on earth.

Delivery didnt arrive on monday 8th…
Delivery didnt arrive on monday 8th june, rescheduled for tuesday. Rang and confirmed ok for tuesday in am. Later in day wood hadnt arrived in yard so i cancelled order. Part of order was then delivered. No word from them until cancelled wood was delivered on friday. Then had to pay for wood over phone and thought all done until the driver arrived sat morning to take back wood id repaid for. Really disorganised
