I’ve been purchasing from HCL for years and thought I should provide some much deserved feedback. Orders are always shipped quickly and arrive often in 1-2 days. On placing my last order, I forgot to add express shipping which I needed, as the lenses I ordered were for a con that week. I emailed customer service on a Saturday and still got a reply in under 10 minutes!! My lenses were at my doorstep by Monday, fantastic service and the lenses always look great. Will continue buying from them!

I’ve worn coloured contact lenses my whole life, and I bought three different pairs.

The ones with the lizard shape are impossible to use — they’re too big and too thick, and every time I blinked they would crease. On top of that, the lens doesn’t stay in position. I had to take it out after 5 minutes because I was basically blind and my eye was hurting.

The purple ones are also too thick. You can feel them every time you blink, and I had to remove them after 20 minutes because my eye was hurting.

I only used one lens from each pair, and I haven’t even tried the third one yet. I’m completely dissatisfied with the product, which was not only uncomfortable but actually caused me pain.

$100 spent in the worst possible way.
