Delivery took 2 weeks minimum bad quality product
Delivery took 2 weeks minimum, that wasn’t really much of an issue for me but longer than expected. My issue is with the quality of Jewellery I was sent out.
I purchased the sterling silver ruby jewellery set… it genuinely looks like that fake joke shop Jewellery you get as a child from those little plastic eggs from an arcade, I spent £28 not including delivery for unwearable jewellery. I’m curious which other items the positive reviews had, I’d love a comparison to see if there’s look at tacky and cheap as mine.

As for the sterling silver ruby set, it is made from certified 925 silver and remains one of our most popular sets. That said, we understand that presentation can impact perception. This set was dispatched — as outlined at checkout — from our international warehouse, which allows us to offer the complete set at such an accessible price.

Halo's London Mens Double…
I purchased Halo's London Mens Double Skull head bracelet. Firstly I must congratulate this company for the workmanship with which they have crafted the item. Not only is it genuine Stainless Steel but the detail that has gone into crafting each and every part of the bracelet makes both owning and wearing it a joy. The listing is accurate in every detail and measurement and this marks the company as outstanding. I will definitely by purchasing items from them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

False advertisement, not sterling silver.
Bought a rope necklace falsely advertised as “925 sterling silver” which has rusted.
I’ve emailed them several times and have received no response.

Evil Eye Bracelet and Earrings.
My parcel from Halo's London arrived today and the Evil Eye earrings and bracelet are absolutely beautiful which I highly recommend purchasing. Both items are well designed and they look even more striking than the pictures online.
The customer journey was smooth and the company made sure to always update me regarding my order and it was sent out and delivered on time. There were logistical issues with the parcel, but this was due to Royal Mail's fault. When I contacted the company about the whereabouts of the parcel, they responded professionally xnd very promptly, taking my concerns seriously and were able to finc me a resolution by sending out a replacement. Luckily, I received my original.parcel today, so will be sending the replacement back and have my beautiful items which look great!
I highly recommend this company as not only do they have lovely jewellery, but they provide a high level of customer care and really care about their customers, so it's a definite win- win for me!

Superb Service
I have recently dealt with Halo’s customer service department. It was regarding a pair of earrings I was bought for Mother’s Day. I was struggling to clip them in due to the diameter size of the hoop and my clumsy fingers!
I can only praise the superb service I received with prompt email replies and a speedy solution. I am now an extremely happy customer with my new earrings. I can definitely recommend Halo’s of London.

Very sad!
Store dispatched my parcel promptly however it's been lost with courier, I contacted halo via email, who don't have a telephone number.
They have tried their best to resolve the issue which I understand wasn't their fault. Just got unlucky

Your order was dispatched promptly the next working day after purchase (on the 11th of May) and handed over to Evri, our third-party courier. Unfortunately, once a parcel is in transit, any unexpected delays at individual courier depots are beyond our control — though we absolutely understand how frustrating this can be.
We received your first email on the 15th of May and were not given the opportunity to respond before this review was posted. Our team always aims to respond promptly to all enquiries, and we are currently following up with Evri to locate your parcel.
While we sympathise with your situation, especially ahead of your daughter’s birthday, we do encourage customers to allow sufficient delivery time when ordering — particularly if the item is needed for a specific date. We genuinely did our part to dispatch on time and regret that the delay occurred after handover to the courier.
We hope to resolve this matter for you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding.

I bought a 925 silver rope chain…
I bought a 925 silver rope chain necklace. It is probably silver plated and not as advertised. It is attracted to a magnet which indicates iron or nickel. 925 silver is a mix of sterling silver and copper. Will not buy again from them.

We’d like to reassure you that all our pieces described as 925 silver are made from genuine sterling silver, which is composed of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals—most commonly copper. Sterling silver itself is not magnetic, but it’s possible for certain small components, such as clasps or internal structural elements, to contain trace amounts of other metals like nickel or steel for added strength. This may explain the slight magnetic reaction you’ve observed.

Ordered cufflinks 22nd March
Ordered cufflinks 22nd March. Apparently dispatched 24th. Ideal. Had a wedding 29th. Was always a big hope to get them on time as I left it till late to order. However. There is still no sign of the cufflinks.
I have received a very pleasant apology and offer of refund or replacement. I can't really ask for more than that. They do look lovely and accepted the offer to replace as there will always be another use for them. Thank you for your response

Thank you for your review, and I’m really sorry to hear that your cufflinks didn’t arrive in time for the wedding. I completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when you were counting on them for a special occasion.
Your order was dispatched on the 24th of March and handed to Evri, our delivery partner, on the 27th of March, with tracking number H03TJA0082925449. This information is also available via the order tracking page on our website. Since dispatch, we’ve not received any communication from Evri to suggest there was a delivery issue, so we were unaware there was a problem until now.
Regarding your email chasing the order — I’ve checked all of our inboxes, including the spam folder (where messages can occasionally end up), but unfortunately, I can’t locate any message from you. As a result, we weren’t aware there was an issue until your review.
We’ll now follow this up with Evri directly, but due to the length of time that’s passed, it’s likely the parcel has been lost in transit. We’re very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We’d be happy to either send you a replacement cufflink set while we open a claim, or issue a full refund if the item is no longer required.
Please reach out to us using the Contact Us form on our website to let us know which option you’d prefer, and we’ll get this sorted as quickly as possible.
