It’s truly admirable that you’re so passionate about our business practices, even if the information is, well, entirely incorrect.

We’re flattered by your creativity—claims of drop-shipping from China and shady dealings are always a nice touch. For clarification, all our products are sourced through reputable suppliers and thoroughly checked before shipping. But hey, why let facts get in the way of a good story?

As for your accusation about the return process, our team did notice some “minor discrepancies” in the item sent back, such as the obvious signs of wear and tear along with the difference in size and weight, but we’re sure that was just a simple mix-up and not, you know, intentional!!

Lastly, we’re thrilled you’ve noticed our commitment to maintaining a genuine review space on Trustpilot. Contrary to your implication, we only challenge reviews when they’re blatantly false, but we respect Trustpilot’s decision to keep your feedback live.
