Disappointing-paid extra for shipping

I ordered and paid extra for shipping next business day for my grandsons birthday. Ordered on a Friday before 3pm, as instructed. The order is still there.

Disappointed that delivery date was not adhered to

I have used Hampers Galore several times. Happy with the products in the Hampers.
Recently ordered a hamper for my Mother in Law's 95th birthday. Selected the delivery date to be her actual birthday, as we are in a different state and could not be with her o the day.Then emailed asking for confirmation that delivery was scheduled for that date, and received email response assuring that it was.
Hamper then arrived 2 days early. Emailed expressing disappointment but no response.

Different items arrived

Unfortunately what arrived was very different to what was shown online. Not only the look of products but the colouring book was missing and was the main reason I purchased for my niece to have something to do after surgery.

Great postage time and everything was in the box

It only took 2 days to be delivered from Melbourne to Perth, and everything that I ordered was in the box. Overall, a very smooth experience.

Missing added item…

The Christmas Pudding Wine Hamper arrived the next day and was good. The added Merry Christmas Wine Bundle was never delivered. After various emails they quoted 'Please rest assured that I have already added your order to our refund list for the missing items. Our accounts team will process this accordingly.' That was on the 7th Jan and I'm still waiting on 14th Jan! That wasn't delivered either.
Just in case you've forgotten, the order code was HG68800. 21st Jan and still no promised refund. Watch this space! A refund has been gratefully received. Thankyou.

Disappointed customer

I ordered a Christmas hamper for my son in Australia the 3rd of December to be delivered on the 20th. The delivery was attempted but the office was closed. The hamper finally arrived on the 2nd of January. I contacted Hampers Galore many times with my son's home address and telephone number but no attempt to contact him was made. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.

Mixed feelings

I liked that the hamper was delivered very quickly. In my hamper, the chip packet was open and I didn’t get exactly what I ordered, some of the products were different and I was disappointed.

AVOID - Extremely Poor Service and Lost Christmas Hamper

I ordered a Christmas hamper on December 14th with an expected 2-3 day delivery. What followed was a frustrating experience that remains unresolved:

•⁠ ⁠The provided tracking number was invalid from the start
•⁠ ⁠After multiple attempts to resolve the issue (10+ calls and emails), I received contradictory information:
- Phone support claimed it was at an unspecified local post office
- Email support admitted they had no idea of its location
- Their responses were generic and often unrelated to my queries

On January 7th, I finally received proof of delivery - from December 20th. The hamper had been left unattended in the foyer of a 30+ story Melbourne CBD building, by some lockers. Unsurprisingly, after 19 days, the hamper was no longer there.

Despite losing my order due to their poor delivery practices, they've refused to provide a refund and merely "thanked me for my understanding."

There are many reputable hamper companies in Melbourne - I strongly advise choosing one of them instead.
