I bought the black beauty chaise longue and stool which I received just a few days later. They were very helpful giving me advice and information when I was choosing the product and it was fast and easy to make the order over the phone. When the item arrived it was exactly as described - beautifully made and solid. I loved it so much I had to order the armchair from the same collection which needs to be made to order so I am waiting the reasonable 10-12 weeks for its arrival. I absolutely recommend this company...there are so many dodgy ones out there I am so lucky I chose to order with this one.

Purchased a chaise longue from this company and initially the service was good and I was happy with my new piece of furniture so a couple of weeks later I decided to purchase a further two items ( a marble top coffee table and a marble top lamp table ) I'd spent a total of just under £1500 with this company who pride themselves on giving exceptional customer service ! What a joke !!!! .
My further two items arrived which my husband signed for , they were packed well ( wrapped & bound etc ) so the courier is obviously not going to stand there & wait till it's all unpacked. Once we had put the marble tops on the furniture we noticed very large streak marks down one side of the marble top on the coffee table . I phoned this company & they tried to tell me this was a normal marble characteristic ? After seeking further advice this is not normal & actually appears to be water marks as if something has leaked onto the marble ! . We proceeded to email Hampshire barn interiors who were not bothered at all saying they are sorry the marble is not to my liking & they do not have alternative pieces available adding that they have sold out of these particular coffee tables ?
In a nutshell extremely poor customer service ! Disgusting actually . Don't bother ordering from these people as you will be wasting you're hard earned money . There motto should be "we'll give you good service as soon as we have you're money and if you have any problems after we don't want to know about it" I have already told all my family & friends to avoid purchasing from them & I hope those of you reading will do to .
