Wouldnt buy from these again sadly
The item i bought was a decent quality, however the pieces were incorrectly labelled (or missing labels) I contacted their customer service for some help, got told someone would respond when the shop opened on a monday, however noone responded even after a week and chasers. So ive spent quite a bit of money on a piece of furniture thats been cobbled together as best as it could be. Despite being told it was easy assembly, the feet of the unit needed to measured and hand drilled despite the surface being a slippery finish, pre drilled holes would have been essential here. So yeah not a great experience sadly. Delivery also took an age, and until i chased, it miraculously turned up the next day. The UI of the website also doesn't allow users to log in and page errors so cannot view order and tracking of item. I raised this to the shop, it was acknowledged but not addressed
