I ordered 16 new handles on Saturday afternoon and by 9.14 on the Monday they were in my porch, by 10.00 am they were on the kitchen cupboards and look amazing.

After some troubles not receiving emails I could get in touch with Georgia. She resolved the issue of one handle missing out of my order immediately. Thank you!
Not sure how I didn’t receive any emails, however the review email came through. Maybe your emails need checking to why they are not getting delivered or maybe blocked somewhere on the way. I am sorry to hear that your experience wasn't the best with us this time. Unfortunately, although we do our best to reply to everyone within a timely manner, we have many different queries to deal with each day, and we can't get to everyone in time. I did ask the warehouse if we could cancel your order, however, at this time it was not possible as the warehouse had already packed and processed the order for you, as we like to get all orders out of the warehouse doors as quickly as possible so the customers can receive their orders fast.
We did send over an email to let you know that this couldn't be done, and I am sorry that you didn't receive this.
We really hope you come back to our little business soon, as we do really care for our customers experiences and would be more than happy to help you with any future queries you may have.
