Because we are more or less constantly…
Because we are more or less constantly travelling it is hard for us to get applications for visas submitted by the correct date for each country. But by using this service I was able to submit my application well ahead of the acceptable date and then this company held my application for my visa for India until the due date for submission arrived. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed of what stage my application was at. My visa arrived in my email in box, on time, with a separate email advising me they had sent it - useful if one ignores emails from unexpected sources. So I am more than satisfied with the service provided.

We had problems submitting the Form
We had problems submitting the Form - but wrote to the Help Desk and they wrote back and confirmed that all had been accepted and application was being processed.
Despite not having anyone to talk to - the response time, replies and up to date processes were great!
