The price is too high
The price is too high! I think this will genuinely put off people from visiting Sri Lanka. Other than that the process was very fast and I am happy with that. But in all seriousness, I have visited more than 40 countries and only required visas for 5 and other than India they are usually affordable.

Great experience, very easy to follow on the website and Visa granted within 24 hours.
I even made a mistake on he spelling of one of my middle names on the application and sent a follow up email asking if it was possible to amend.
Handyvisas had to create a new application but where able to do this at no cost.
Very pleased with the service and turnaround time, highly recommend
