Hollie's looked after our (high maintenance) cat Bob for years and she's absolutely brilliant. Cattery's just never worked for us and he always came back stressed, cats are so territorial, removing them from their home does go against their nature, we found out the hard way (...via the laundrette).
Anyway we tried a couple of other sitters who were ok (but felt they were maybe too business orientated) but once we found Hollie she was a complete game changer. Hollie's so caring for Bob you can tell she genuinely loves her job and all her feline clients, it shows too because he absolutely adores her! I used to constantly worry about him when we were away but now (to my shame) I think he's probably being better cared for than when we're at home! Hollie gives him loads of attention and play, gives us updates, send pics and literally puts our minds at ease, I no longer feel guilty going away!

Hollie has been looking after our elderly cat Poppy, for over 6 years now. Poppy much prefers to be in the comfort of her own home with the added bonus of Hollie's obvious love, care and attention when she visits. Holly is fantastic! She has looked after our two cats for over 8 years now - once whilst we were away for 5 weeks! The cats enjoy having the house to themselves whilst also getting Holly's undivided attention on her daily visits! We also love seeing the photos and videos Holly sends to show how happy the cats are in her care!

Hollie took great care to understand the needs of our cats and also the other things we wanted, like Watering plants. Both cats took to her immediately, which gave us confidence. On our return from holiday we found the cats to be happy and not as needy and grumpy with us as they have been with us before on previous holidays away from them.

We trusted Hollie to look after our two precious indoor cats at a very challenging time for us, when we were in temporary accommodation for 6 months due a major leak. We missed our cats terribly during that stressful time, but knowing they were in Hollie’s excellent loving care helped tremendously. She gave them so much attention and love, she gave them their medications, she gave us regular updates about their well-being. We loved it when she regularly sent videos and photos and if we wanted an extra update or video on a day we really missed them, Hollie would happily do this. Hollie will look after you cat(s) in the same way she loves and cherishes her own!

Hollie was recommended to me by a colleague who could not sing her praises enough… and now I know why. For 2 years, Hollie came several times a week to look after my cat, Milo, who was an extremely terrified and traumatised cat. Milo had never let another human near him, let alone touch him. He would run under the bed if he heard the neighbours next door. He would stop eating, would tremble and purr out of fear if anyone came to visit, so I was very worried about how Milo would respond, but Hollie was extraordinary. She showed so much patience and care… with both of us! She knew exactly what to do. Within a couple of visits, my cat was showing his little face and after that, I was getting pictures of a very relaxed cat enjoying his best life with Hollie. Believe me, it was no mean feat! Hollie was extremely diligent and took great care to keep to Milo’s routines and to update me with regular pictures. As if Hollie looking after my cat so well was not enough, she also went above and beyond to make sure the house was kept immaculately clean and tidy, and the mail picked up. I could not recommend Hollie enough. She understands each client and each cat is different, and she respects that. She is very knowledgeable and skilled. She treats you, your home and your cat with such respect and attention.

This is a fantastic company that goes above and beyond. Hollie provides an amazing service. She knows each pet as an individual and gives huge attention to detail. As a trained veterinary nurse, Hollie has given me great advice in the past and is brilliant with the medical needs of her customers including administering medication. Highly, highly recommend!
