Bought this for my son and daughter in law absolutely stunning bassinet ordering was easy and next day delivery would definitely recommend this company.

Item came with no screws, the item is really bad. Try to chat with customer service no response. No phone number to call.

My order wasn’t delivered, but the company say that it was, I purchased a crib for my daughter, and was fed a pack of lies from the company! Don’t waste your time and money,

Perfect item, fast delivery well packaged! Bought a cot bumper for my niece who just had a baby. Loved it! Matches the nursery theme and couldn’t be happier!!

I was sent the wrong order to begin with but customer service sorted it in no time for me, sent out the right item and got to keep the other one too. I bought a pram parasol (and left it a good review on their site) but a couple of months of use I can now confirm this is the worst product I have ever purchased. The quality is terrible and everything that could go wrong has.
My Happy baby did address the issue with a refund so can’t fault their customer service (hence not a 1 star) but this product really isn’t fit to be sold.

Tee pee came and I’m really impressed with the quality of the product kids love it.

Item arrived damage, no customer service telephone number and no reply by email.
