The Chubb engineer arrived as planned and carried out the annual maintenance inspection and corrected a fault that prevented the system being set every time. An unexpected problem was the outside bell was not working but he has promised to return to deal with this later.

Poor communication, unannounced visits, massive delays, CCTV cameras not set up correctly despite what the engineer told me.
Good experience with the senior engineer who came to visit but that's it.
